Splashtop SOS
For new customers / users I currently still use Teamviewer Quicksupport to remotely install the Atera agent and then swap to Splashtop.
As my Teamviewer subscription will soon expire, it would've been nice Splashtop SOS was actually included in the Atera subscription the same way that Teamviewer Quicksupport is with Teamviewer Premium/Corporate/Enterprise instead of having to pay for a separate Splashtop subscription again.
Or I could use Microsoft Quick Assist, but still I'd rather prefer to also use Splashtop SOS for quick support sessions.I'm pretty sure Atera can fulfill this dream ;-)

Splashtop & SNMP for LINUX simplified
We would like a more advanced integration of Linux in Atera, specifically the ability for a Linux computer to retrieve SNMP information (like a Windows computer/server). Additionally, the integration of Splashtop on Linux is cumbersome and wastes a lot of time; it needs to be simplified. In our case, we use the RASPBERRY PI for controls, and being able to use the RASPBERRY as an SNMP listening device would be fantastic. Also, we cannot take control via Splashtop on this type of device. We need to be able to do that!

The closest thing I've come by when it comes to monitoring Active Backup actively is by using this script (https://github.com/WAdama/nas_ab_status/commits/master) and Paessler PRTG. However it doesn't cover all backup options in Active Backup, so when you have hundreds of file backup-jobs, server backup-jobs and hypervisors backup-jobs as well as 365 and/or Google backup-jobs you're out of luck. ScreenConnect On-Prem Integration
Would love to see the remote access settings for ScreenConnect integration expanded to include self-hosted / on-premise deployments. We migrated away from ConnectWise Automate to Atera, but still have an on-prem ScreenConnect server and would love to be able to integrate directly with Atera just like the current cloud hosted integration version offers. Would be great to allow us to use our current investments.

Visual Storage Usage for Endpoints
As an MSP for small and medium sized businesses, an issue we have quite regularly is managing storage usage on our endpoints. We have automated scripts to clear out temp files, windows updates, recycle bin etc but these aren't always enough.
We like WizTree for showing which files are taking up the most space but this requires connecting onto the endpoint and running a scan manually. It would be great if we could set a scan like this running and see the results from Atera's dashboard.

splashtop auto lock remote pc once disconnected
Would be great if we had the option to set so once splashtop sessions are disconnected the remote pc is locked automatically. I work with splashtop business and always setup this option because they allow it. Would be great if it could be transferred over

Local Active Directory Integration
Using a local active directory environment to sync contacts and devices is a critical part of remote management. Being able to add or remove a user who has just left the company/entity in our active directory environment and it leaving ALL systems is not only time saving but also removes the chance of errors. I'd also like to see directory editing integrated directly into the Atera platform, like installing the Atera agent on the domain controller and being able to make AD changes from the web interface. Both of these would streamline technician training and our day-to-day work.

ESET is not responding to my support requests
First off, I'm trying to provide feedback, but selecting that section only opens the "Have an idea for a new feature?" so that is why my feedback is here. The issue I am having is that ESET has never responded to my support requests, I have submitted three requests and have never heard back from anyone. The irony is that I just received a request from ESET for feedback on how their support service performed. This reflects badly on Atera because you are referring ESET.
