Easily paste the MID for SNMP
SNMP: we didn’t continue using it because we had to set the MIBs for each point. I can’t just paste the MID. I still have to create the monitoring points manually. I can’t add odd all of them. If it would paste the link, the monitoring would download. All the providers those links so it would be much easier

Device columns
The ability to view extra columns of useful data per device without having to click on a device, ie: device uptime, Availability Monitoring status, OS version.

TPM 2.0
I am trying to gather information on all devices which do not have TPM 2.0. I saw someone asked about this earlier but I would like to addon to it. I would also like to see the TPM 2.0 TPM 1.2 and No TPM option in the Devices > Filters > advanced Filter > first option to narrow PC results.

Device Tagging
Allow tagging of devices to better organize and apply automations rather than manual Folder assignments.
Tags should be able to be applied both manually and dynamically by rules (.i.e newly added, os version, laptop/desktop/server, days from last boot)

Raise Threshold policy limit from 30
Currently there is a limit to how many items can be in a policy this is between 30 and 50 as sometimes it works and some times it doesnt (Ateras Words).
As we cant apply multiple policys can we then increase the amount of items per policy.

Increase the record size for the Event Viewer from 1,000 to 10,000
When viewing a client system's Event Log through Devices -> [Deivce Name]-> Manage -> Event Viewer -> System, you have the drop down menu option to choose the number of records you want to view from 50 to 1000.
On ALL my client systems, the installed Atera agent logs Event ID 7045 just about every minute. Since this Atera agent event mainly consumes the System Event Log, the max Display option of 1000 records is not enough to view "real" records that are more than 18 - 24 hours old.

Possibility to create a report for the material per customer, but only for the chosen material.
This will allow excluding old material, but keeping this material in the client to keep the history.

Search devices by info other than Agent Name
It would be great to be able to search devices by Service Tag # or serial #. I would also love the ability to choose what information is shown for each device in the customer/device list view. Right now it's just Agent Name, last logged user, and a folder location if applicable. It would be great to be able to also display service tag/serial, computer model, public IP, etc.

When clicking on a device and viewing the device info it would be nice to see a screenshot of the end users active desktop.

HTTP Device alert threshold
Only fire an alert if a site is down X number of polling attempts. Right now, there's a lot of noise in the signal with sites being "down" for only one poll attempt, so alerts are being ignored.

Please add a search to the event viewer screen
The UI for the event viewer screen is not very useful at the moment unless the issue occurred in recent history, you have to scroll through page by page.

Auto assign customers to devices
You should be able to install an agent on a device and the system should be able to assign it to the correct customer based on the domain of the customer or some other attribute in the customer details
