More Info under Device (IP, reboot, last time online)
Would be nice to have more info on the device page. For example, when looking at list of devices for a particular customer, would be nice to see how long it’s been online, when was the last reboot, its IP address

Show Switch network interface information
For switches, it would be helpful to have a list of the interfaces which also includes the interface information such as port status, ip address, name, mac address, etc.
Also, if the ability to power cycle those ports or perform any switch management or a CLI interface would be immensely helpful.
And in the table, allow the system to see other devices that you already have the Atera Agent on, and have that table link items found on a switch so you can click on known devices and go to that page.

Realtime temperature display
There is the option to get alarm notifications based on temperatures right now.
However, there is no realtime display for the temperature (like for CPU and memory usage).

Filter by Uptime
Please add an Advanced Filter for Uptime so that we can show agents that were last started, for example, 5 days ago. We can then run a Reboot automation task on this filter; this will be a tremendous help to us!

Allow custom buttons to trigger scripts
The option to add customized buttons on the device/customer device interface to trigger frequently used scripts.
The speedtest button would be a great example. Select a device and click a button for one click script runs and get the device speedtest.

Currently, when a new custom field is created, that field has to be filled out one device at a time by browsing to each device page. This takes way too much time. It would be much easier to be able to export a device list with the custom field(s) as a column in a CSV and then fill out the CSV and import to update the devices' customer field(s).8 votes -

Under the Device, under 'contact' would be nice to have "Assign device "
Under device, it would be nice to see under "contact" : assign contact for those devices that are not properly assigned. Would be easier to assign it there.

Device Tagging
Allow tagging of devices to better organize and apply automations rather than manual Folder assignments.
Tags should be able to be applied both manually and dynamically by rules (.i.e newly added, os version, laptop/desktop/server, days from last boot)

TPM 2.0
I am trying to gather information on all devices which do not have TPM 2.0. I saw someone asked about this earlier but I would like to addon to it. I would also like to see the TPM 2.0 TPM 1.2 and No TPM option in the Devices > Filters > advanced Filter > first option to narrow PC results.

Raise Threshold policy limit from 30
Currently there is a limit to how many items can be in a policy this is between 30 and 50 as sometimes it works and some times it doesnt (Ateras Words).
As we cant apply multiple policys can we then increase the amount of items per policy.

Increase the record size for the Event Viewer from 1,000 to 10,000
When viewing a client system's Event Log through Devices -> [Deivce Name]-> Manage -> Event Viewer -> System, you have the drop down menu option to choose the number of records you want to view from 50 to 1000.
On ALL my client systems, the installed Atera agent logs Event ID 7045 just about every minute. Since this Atera agent event mainly consumes the System Event Log, the max Display option of 1000 records is not enough to view "real" records that are more than 18 - 24 hours old.
