Text Message (SMS) Alerts
I rely on real-time alerts to proactively address issues before they escalate. While email and in-app notifications are helpful, they can easily be missed during off-hours or when away from a desk. Implementing a native text message (SMS) alert system within the RMM tool would significantly improve response times for critical incidents such as server outages, offline endpoints, or security threats. This feature would ensure immediate visibility and faster remediation, ultimately enhancing service reliability and client satisfaction.

We use a 3rd party service to send emails to which send to SMS, but agree something built in would be much simpler.

Ticket Automation rules can be made to email technicians when ticket created or assigned. I have been able to add to email to text for mobile carriers but recently, we get bounce back notification when emailing "mobilenumber@txt.att.net". Would be nice feature to allow for sending message by text.

Alerts sent to text messaging on cell phone.
Why haven't you setup the alerts to send texts to our cell phone?The last RMM we used to have, had this feature and we never missed a clients office going offline.
Can we all agree that this is a feature Atera needs to add.

The push notifications from the app get lost in the sea of notifications on mobile. Using SMS would allow us to create a "VIP" contact on mobile and set custom message notification tone, etc. for critical alerts

Being able to receive a text on our cell phones when a customer, mostly commercial customers, go down or there are critical errors would be crucial and very beneficial. This would be a much appreciated feature.

SMS/Text message for Alerts depending on severity. Send a Text Message aswell as an email when a server goes down after X amount of time of no response from Agent.

Send an SMS to a Client ,upon any critical issue. Best if we can set time range for SMS.
Example : Send SMS upon critical Errors on Saturdays and Sundays
