Ticket Conversation Order
Change order of the ticket conversation: oldest at the top instead of having to scroll all the way down.

My apologies to the support that I just asked this question to. I had apparently already upvoted this as critical. I'd also love to see things a little less disjointed as well as the user experience feels very disjointed when trying to catch up on a ticket and then reply to it. It makes me miss my Freshdesk/Freshworks tickets.

Have the conversation expended on the ticket view as a default.

Sometimes the ticket history gets messy. It would be really useful if the ticket layout was a little cleaner in order to see previous responses. Maybe something that mirrors an Outlook Email Conversation.

Show most recent messages in conversation view at the top. I dont want to see the beginning of the conversation every time and scrolling to the bottom is time consuming.

I would like to tickets to show the whole conversation at the top, clients and ourselves regularly miss previous information because it is not obvious anything was said previously, at least should be an option to show conversation by default open and at top

The plus button to show the thread of conversation took a long time to figure out and its not very intuitive. I would prefer to see a stream of the conversation at a glance when I get to a ticket.

When viewing a ticket, I'd prefer to see the previous discussion thread displayed by default and if we want to click something to only show the most recent comment. Also, I'd prefer to see the conversation history higher on the ticket in the same area as the most recent comment. The + sign to show conversation gets buried at the bottom of the ticket.

Less of a feature request then a current feature modification: Open the conversation list on tickets by default. It is closed now so we have to open it every time to see past entries. We sometimes have multiple people working on a ticket or responding to a ticket so seeing the conversation is important.
