To manage the Ticket entries should be an minimum ability. Please do it :)

This is absolutely necessary. There are "those" under the pretense of covering their butts, will include every single email on the thread into their reply. We need to be able to clean this up so that only the relevant reply is shown.

Users put in reems of unnecessary text in to the ticket. One client copies and pastes emails from users direct into out tickets, (as we provide 3rd line), which includes signatures, marketing, and all manner of space hogging rubbish.
I want to be able to edit and trim most of that away.
Ideally a copy of the original ticket would be hidden away in an audit trail, but the every day view would be the edited version. -

The ability to edit Ticket entries, in particular private notes. I often use them to create a list of things that need to be done, or possible solutions to try on a particular ticket and creating a new note each time seems a waste.
