    Mobile notifications should show what the alert is and the customer so I am able to triage it without the time taken to log into the app.
    Although biometric login will help with that, whenever it finally lands!

    Users put in reems of unnecessary text in to the ticket. One client copies and pastes emails from users direct into out tickets, (as we provide 3rd line), which includes signatures, marketing, and all manner of space hogging rubbish.
    I want to be able to edit and trim most of that away.
    Ideally a copy of the original ticket would be hidden away in an audit trail, but the every day view would be the edited version.
