Just because a temporary staff member opens a ticket, doesn't mean they should have access to the entire history of issues for everyone from the janitor to the CEO.

An error occurred while saving the comment Phil Burke commentedThe ability to edit Ticket entries, in particular private notes. I often use them to create a list of things that need to be done, or possible solutions to try on a particular ticket and creating a new note each time seems a waste.

I see that you can 'Duplicate' contracts, but it still seems a little counter intuitive to me. Also surprised that there doesn't seem to be a way to 'completely' edit a customer... ie default contract etc.
