Allow ticket automation to look at ticket content
Allow ticket automation to look at content of a ticket as a field so we can then automate things depending on if the ticket contains X.

It would also be good to allow the assignment of a company in the Actions part of Ticket Automation.
Set Field Value > Company Name > Dropdown List of all Customers. -

This would great with custom ticket fields as well. We have a custom ticket field for location and it would be great to assign tickets based on location
