The ability to Remove or Edit the default Ticket fields
Create functionality that enables the removal of the default ticket fields (for instance Contract or Impact). Editing this field could be useful as well, as some fields are needed, but the entries aren't suited to the specific business.
Nice! The feature you requested is being reviewed by our product team. We’ll keep an eye on the number of votes, and let you know if a decision is reached to implement. Thank you for being a partner in our process!

Also following up on this one.. Not being able to modify the contents of the "default" ticket fields makes this product useless for us. We should be able to edit and create our own "Type" of tickets. For example, I want to add "Project" to the "type" field.
Support had recommended creating our own custom field and using that instead. However, we can't even hide any of the default fields from our technician's ticket view. That makes the workaround unusable as well.

Hi, is there any update on this feature.
I find it doesnt suit my needs in an internal IT setting to have the default field stuck on "Product".Thanks!

I'm currently evaluating Atera, this lack of customization surprised me. For example, when choosing Ticket type, I should be able to set options for them to pick from. We use the portal over having users just email us. That way I can collect the right information to solve a ticket much faster that having them send incomplete information to there issue.
Making the ticket fields fully customizable seem like a basic need of any ticketing workflow.

I want to be able to change the default fields for when a user is making a ticket. For example, by default there are fields asking the customer to put in their Ticket Priority, their Ticket Impact, and their Ticket Type, but I want to remove or hide those 3 options. I want to be able to remove or hide those options.
