run a report on Ticket Properties, so we can show a customer how many and what type of tickets they are logging, This will show what staff training is required in a particular area.

Exporting the tickets report with issues and solutions would also be helpful in creating our Knowledge Base database.

It'd be very very useful to be able to pull out a report, with ability to export as csv or pdf, of all open, pending tickets as an example. The ability to filter by customer, device etc would be even better!

This would be a huge help.
I'd like to be able to provide a weekly or monthly report of tickets listing title, type, contact, time spent, SLA details etc.
