The ability to integrate your personal or shared calendar to Atera (Office365 or Google) in order to create calendar events from within a ticket and see the scheduled event from within the ticket in Atera.
Thanks to you, Atera is better today than it was yesterday! The feature you requested has been implemented and released!

As Bert said, this should really be done on a technician level, not account / tenant level. The way this integration currently works is pretty pointless.

The way this is currently implemented doesn't really work. You're only able to connect one calendar per account and this needs to be per technician. With tickets you can already add them to your calendar if you are logged in to Office 365 so not sure what this is meant to add.

Having a calendar dashboard would be ideal. This helps with having an overview of which tickets are scheduled for the day/week. Individual calendars for each technician as well as an overview calendar for the role of dispatcher, to be able to see all calendar and schedule tickets according to which resource is available, and alerts when there is already an entry in a time slot. As mentioned by Aaron Elliott ConnectWise is a good example of this.

This should have a direct connection with Exchange so that all Atera user's calendars are a 2-way street with Atera. If I schedule a task, it should appear on the Technician's Outlook calendar near immediately, or tell me that that technician already has another appointment. The Dashboard then should have a calendar with everyone's assigned/scheduled tasks on it. (Hate them with a passion, but Connectwise and Kaseya have this down perfectly)
