Please refer to Syncro and Superops.ai
Both of these RMM systems have the ability to log all activity on a technician e.g. backgrounding tools by tech, when screen sharing has started, apps and software updates, installed patches. Basically everything activity wise that is reported by the agent needs to be populated per device and not a general overview

Hi
We are working on SOC compliance and trying to restrict what techs can access.
When we remove full admin access we have issues where techs cannot change status of the ticket or the ability to merge tickets.
Are their future changes planned for in the development pipeline?, as we do need to restrict access for all non admins that we have on the system -

It would be nice to be able to see which devices a tech uses to connect to end points. I know that this may not be possible with the web interface for Atera, but maybe it could be integrated into Splashtop.
The idea behind this is to be able to track if a tech is using their own personal equipment to access client machines while working on call. This is likely a policy violation for many companies and is currently not easily trackable.

password viewing. password changes made by users tech's. Remote access logs - who logged in to what and when.
Admin action sumary email at definable intervals, we wouldnt be reading this, but if a client thinks something is up and demands a remote access summary from us, or a history of who accessed them we can dig it out
