password viewing. password changes made by users tech's. Remote access logs - who logged in to what and when.
Admin action sumary email at definable intervals, we wouldnt be reading this, but if a client thinks something is up and demands a remote access summary from us, or a history of who accessed them we can dig it out -

I agree, if i'm on the phone and only able to operate the computer by mouse, that bar made it so much easier. scrolling through a long list makes the Atera experience a lot more cumbersome. It was a good feature and didnt occupy much real estate on screen

I have a few with multiple offices, as a workaround i use the folders option in devices, so Site A Servers, Site A workstations, Site A SNMP devices, Site B Servers etc....

Dashboard view only - for companies with NOC's where we like to have stats displayed on a big central screen - no ability to do anything with tickets/alerts apart from view them - no atera license required
password viewer role - the tech can see the password but not alter/delete it. at the moment if you have permission to view the password you have permission to alter it, this could cause merry hell - you bring on a newbie and they either cant do their job becasue they dont have access to admin passwords, or you give them the ability to go in and break everything. This urgently needs some middle ground where they can do their job and not damage internal systems.
