    Hi
    We are working on SOC compliance and trying to restrict what techs can access.
    When we remove full admin access we have issues where techs cannot change status of the ticket or the ability to merge tickets.
    Are their future changes planned for in the development pipeline?, as we do need to restrict access for all non admins that we have on the system
