Integration with Direct messages systems
How do you (and your techs) communicate with your customers? Would you like to see any communication integrations added to Atera?
Hey all,
We're currently designing an integration of Microsoft Teams with Atera.
We'd love to hear what are your expectations from such an integration.
Please answer this 1-minute survey if you'd like to provide your feedback.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
Thank you,
Yakov Gorbulsky | Product Manager

I'd like to see changes to the contact information screens to allow us to 'click to dial' phone numbers. There needs to be an separate edit button on contacts to modify details rather than just by clicking the items.

SMS would be the biggest thing for me. I would LOVE to be able to support clients via standard text message.

Slack please! It is the native communication app for many of our businesses and the ability to raise a ticket in Atera from there would be super handy. Similarly with Whatsapp.

3CX Integration would be ideal - 3CX is a multi-channel unified communications platform with the ability to pullchat into the call center queues. The ideal intgration would allow these chats to also flow through into Atera tickets
