Password protect the Atera agent from end-user uninstalls
Password protect Atera Agent from being uninstalled. I have had several users uninstall the agent from their systems. Most do not recognize the software and remove it. Others are just nosy. And others see the new software added and remove it because they don't like control, "Big Brother" .
I would like the option to place a check mark to turn on Password protection.

Overall improvement of Patch Management
This needs an overhaul and the following additional features would be an improvement.
Scheduled Device Scan for Updates
After updates have completed If a user is logged in prompt to reboot every set period of time until reboot accepted.
After Updates If a user is not logged in attempt to reboot to schedule based on local device time.
Allow local admin credential injection in order to force updates through that require a device to not just be turned on but logged in to work.
Approve or Reject updates and set priority for security and critical updates based on the CVE.

"Work from Home" Simultaneous Dual-Monitor Support
Allow users to run a simultaneous dual-monitor view rather than only being allowed to switch between monitors. This is counterproductive for our users working remotely.

Splashtop SOS
For new customers / users I currently still use Teamviewer Quicksupport to remotely install the Atera agent and then swap to Splashtop.
As my Teamviewer subscription will soon expire, it would've been nice Splashtop SOS was actually included in the Atera subscription the same way that Teamviewer Quicksupport is with Teamviewer Premium/Corporate/Enterprise instead of having to pay for a separate Splashtop subscription again.
Or I could use Microsoft Quick Assist, but still I'd rather prefer to also use Splashtop SOS for quick support sessions.I'm pretty sure Atera can fulfill this dream ;-)

It would be nice for attachments to have a preview window for common file types such as, .PDF, .docx, etc

Work from home user activity
To see a clients activity for when they connect and disconnect from the assigned device. Ideally the users name, date and time.

Allow multiple reply emails from Atera
We have a few emails addresses setup that we would like to use to send emails from for different emails from Atera.
So for email alerts we use a specific email address, for Helpdesk tickets we use another email address, For reports another email address.
We would like to be able to setup each email type to be sent with a specific email account not all use the same email address.

Dynamic groups for Devices / Agents
Be able to create groups or searches of specific devices (Like only server OS or only workstation OS), and automatically apply IT automation profiles (not limited to) to those devices.

Patch Dashboard View
Need to be able to see a "Patch Dashboard" where you can see the patches & clients in one view and can apply patches. Going into the "Band-Aid" on each machine really isn't a practical approach.

I wanted to give you visibility into our Q3 roadmap as it relates to your feature request.
We are planning to embed Looker by Google, the industry leading tool for report generation. With this enhancement, a new set of reports will be made available to view on our Growth and Power tiers. Users on our Power tier will be able to create their own custom reports to display the information they need to make data-driven decisions, every time.
