Customized Reporting
The current reporting system only allows for us to generate reports with categorization of the tickets based on Product Family. We're extremely interested in seeing if there's any way the reporting functionality will be expanded upon to offer more customization. For example, we currently add custom tags to our Tickets to better filter them and would like to see tags added to analytics to help our company better understand what kind of tickets do we get the most (i.e. Help Desk, Code Requests, Hardware Requests) to better modify our workflow and improve efficiency.

Users on our Power tier will be able to create their own custom reports to display the information they need to make data-driven decisions, every time.

I want to inform the user that they need to reboot after patch installed.
I want to inform the user that they need to reboot their computer after patches has been installed. I do not want to force reboot. We have many user who would loose work if a forced reboot was used.

Delay Reboot
Would like the ability for users to delay reboot or have some control that they can adjust or delay a reboot. That is so if they are in a video meeting or etc it just doesn't reboot

Soon you’ll be able to schedule a PC reboot through a local reboot policy. This will make the deployment of updates more efficient and help minimize customer interruptions.

Improved Reporting
The report function lacks seriously in all departments. I tried to pull a report for each custmer to see the tickets. And the only report is Timesheets.
Reporting should be of top priority as this is what customers see. The following report will be as an advantage
Total tickets for a customer per day and week and month
This must include time of tickets created and resolvedThe report should contaion the resolution of said tickets
This is just one of the reports. We are considering moving as this has become a function our clients want!

Work from home user activity
To see a clients activity for when they connect and disconnect from the assigned device. Ideally the users name, date and time.

Add More Payment Type
I would like to request more payment type for Atera Subscription which will be allowed to pay by transfer etc. due to there is no credit card for our company

Overall improvement of Patch Management
This needs an overhaul and the following additional features would be an improvement.
Scheduled Device Scan for Updates
After updates have completed If a user is logged in prompt to reboot every set period of time until reboot accepted.
After Updates If a user is not logged in attempt to reboot to schedule based on local device time.
Allow local admin credential injection in order to force updates through that require a device to not just be turned on but logged in to work.
Approve or Reject updates and set priority for security and critical updates based on the CVE.

Customizable Reports
The ability to custom reports more like a query builder, using field labels. This gives the ability to create a report as needed for OUR business model. Not canned ones. Although they are nice :) The ability to find all customers by tech assigned, or all customers with no tech assigned and their associated open tickets or the devices not online, etc. When you have 500 customers with 3- 30 devices each its challenging. . Currently we have to run a report that is TOO much ( all devices per customer) or not enough ( separate report per device) and…

Ability to push .msi installations to endpoints.
This is a standard feature with other RMM's -
ability to push 3rd party .MSI installation to endpoints. for example - push a VPN agent .msi installation package to group of endpoints or a specific end point.

Retain login session on App
The app constantly logs out and doesn't retain a login session.
It would be great to not have to constantly login on the app (maybe couple with faceID for iPhones?)

Control the patch management reset policy (notification to users)
As we are using patch management, We need to send a notification to end users before restart, So they can save all the work that they are doing or patch & reset immediately

Patch Management Failure Report
Provide Additional Failure Info. At the moment we can not see much information, more log info is needed for the user running the job so we can troubleshoot it internally, it’s probably the command we are running, this will be extremely useful
