  1. When you receive an email and it contains a link to a ticket, tapping the link should check if the app is installed and if it is, open it to display the ticket.

  4. For new customers / users I currently still use Teamviewer Quicksupport to remotely install the Atera agent and then swap to Splashtop.

    As my Teamviewer subscription will soon expire, it would've been nice Splashtop SOS was actually included in the Atera subscription the same way that Teamviewer Quicksupport is with Teamviewer Premium/Corporate/Enterprise instead of having to pay for a separate Splashtop subscription again.
    Or I could use Microsoft Quick Assist, but still I'd rather prefer to also use Splashtop SOS for quick support sessions.

    I'm pretty sure Atera can fulfill this dream ;-)

  5. There a not many contact fields synced with Azure AD. An important way is contact our customers via telephone (not mobile) - and that is missing. Also important is the field office or addresses. Because we have customers with more than one location.

    I am happy to share we're working on syncing the Business phone number to the Atera phone field during the AzureAD sync.

  6. It would make the cost so much more worth it if we were able to do Vuln scans and present an executive report directly from Atera. As it stands now the export is worthless via the excel sheet. It doesnt show the machine names for the CVE's listed

  7. The new feature that shows that devices have a "reboot required" is good, but has some issues as implemented. Actually, it shows that a reboot is required reading a lot of registry entries, which are not critical. Only a few registry entries show when a reboot is really necessary. On the actual "Devices" view, we keep restarting our computers and they never get out of the "reboot required" status. When I check, some very old and unnecessary entries are still shown in the registry that cause this behavior.

    Hello,

    I wanted to give you visibility into our Q3 roadmap as it relates to your feature request.


    We are planning to embed Looker by Google, the industry leading tool for report generation. With this enhancement, a new set of reports will be made available to view on our Growth and Power tiers.  Users on our Power tier will be able to create their own custom reports to display the information they need to make data-driven decisions, every time.

  9. Currently, when in the Client->Device->Folders the filtered view doesn't show the checkboxes to select specific device, or all of them to run automation, scripts etc... We should basically see the same view as in the main Devices when filtered.
    I know we can create specific views by customer and filter by folders but I think we should be able to select the devices in the Customer Folders as well

  10. NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) has a feature called Activity Stream which shows all of the relevant events for a device on the device page. It would be really great to have something similar in Atera.

    I'd like to be able to see a history of alerts, scripts run on the endpoint, date added, date retired, user login/logoff, reboots (or shutdown/start events), apps installed/updated, patches applied, and any other metrics relevant to RMM.

  13. Would like to see option for pricing per seat rather than per GB/m especially for local backup. It is hard to convince a client to use when costs are not consistent per month.

  16. Select a single, multiple or all of the devices which the agent isn't installed on, and deploy and install them at once ( windows PC and Servers discovered)

  17. This needs an overhaul and the following additional features would be an improvement.

    Scheduled Device Scan for Updates

    After updates have completed If a user is logged in prompt to reboot every set period of time until reboot accepted.

    After Updates If a user is not logged in attempt to reboot to schedule based on local device time.

    Allow local admin credential injection in order to force updates through that require a device to not just be turned on but logged in to work.

    Approve or Reject updates and set priority for security and critical updates based on the CVE.

  19. Need to be able to see a "Patch Dashboard" where you can see the patches & clients in one view and can apply patches. Going into the "Band-Aid" on each machine really isn't a practical approach.

  20. Select ALL devices at once
    To add profiles/software bundles, alert thresholds, etc.

    When you use the checkbox to select all devices, the UI only selects the 20 currently showing devices instead of ALL devices.

    I would like to select ALL devices without endless scrolling down to show all devices and then scroll back up again, to check the box and push a change at once.
