    1. Proper Template based form -
      a pop up or separate ticket form where you organize the boxes like a proper form. Example - New User form. You could organize the boxes any where you want on the form in a logical flow

  1. When you receive an email and it contains a link to a ticket, tapping the link should check if the app is installed and if it is, open it to display the ticket.

  4. For new customers / users I currently still use Teamviewer Quicksupport to remotely install the Atera agent and then swap to Splashtop.

    As my Teamviewer subscription will soon expire, it would've been nice Splashtop SOS was actually included in the Atera subscription the same way that Teamviewer Quicksupport is with Teamviewer Premium/Corporate/Enterprise instead of having to pay for a separate Splashtop subscription again.
    Or I could use Microsoft Quick Assist, but still I'd rather prefer to also use Splashtop SOS for quick support sessions.

    I'm pretty sure Atera can fulfill this dream ;-)

  5. Being able to add/update/remove Assets with the API would be of great benefit. It would be awesome to be able to migrate our non-agent inventory to Atera without having to manually enter one asset at a time.

  6. It would make the cost so much more worth it if we were able to do Vuln scans and present an executive report directly from Atera. As it stands now the export is worthless via the excel sheet. It doesnt show the machine names for the CVE's listed

  7. When creating an SNMP template you set the device type to e.g. "switch". Now you would like to add a SNMP device and apply the template. For that you have to manually add the template onto the device.

    It would be very helpful when the template would be applied to the SNMP device directly (if equal device types then apply template)

    Else I don't get why there is an option to choose "device type" when creating a SNMP template because you can enter a name and description as well.

    I wanted to give you visibility into our Q3 roadmap as it relates to your feature request.

    We are planning to embed Looker by Google, the industry leading tool for report generation. With this enhancement, a new set of reports will be made available to view on our Growth and Power tiers.  Users on our Power tier will be able to create their own custom reports to display the information they need to make data-driven decisions, every time.

  9. Currently, when in the Client->Device->Folders the filtered view doesn't show the checkboxes to select specific device, or all of them to run automation, scripts etc... We should basically see the same view as in the main Devices when filtered.
    I know we can create specific views by customer and filter by folders but I think we should be able to select the devices in the Customer Folders as well

  12. A major feature for any helpdesk is the ability to create workflows for ticket requests or changes. This can be automatic, so if this is requested, please email this user in contacts for approval, or the approver can be manually selected on the ticket/request ie software install, file share access or new equipment. IT facilitates and implements company/business decisions. Having an approval process would go a long way in helping a company meet ITIL framework requirements.

  15. Would like to see option for pricing per seat rather than per GB/m especially for local backup. It is hard to convince a client to use when costs are not consistent per month.

  19. Currently you only offer 17 third party apps for patching. Competitors have many more and without the need for the software to be installed via Chocolaty. Please consider increasing this library.
