  1. Please allow splashtop RMM to be launched from an android web browser.

    I use an Android Tablet. The Atera interface is better from the browser than it is from the android app. Unfortunately when I attempt to launch splashtop from the browser on Android it failes. I have to use the app to create a romote connection from my tablet.

    I'd like the web interface to notice that I'm on an android device and attempt to launch splashtop RMM for android as opposed to Splashtop RMM for windows.

  2. Could you please, please, please change the icons for the online/offline devices in the mobile App.

    I have difficulty with colour ( collourblind) and for me it is nearly impossible to discern an online device for an offline one.

    In the app this is represented by a dot in front of the device.

    Online is greenish (old Atera) and offline grey. It is nearly impossible to see the difference, especially when looking on your phone outside, in the sun.

    Could you change this to something else like;
    - bigger dots
    - different, more contrasting colours
    - a dot for online…

  4. There's a field error between phone number and mobile phone number in the Atera mobile app.
    I have to specify mobile phone number in the phone number field to be able to call my customer from the Atera mobile app.

  5. For over 6 months now, I have not been able to login to the mobile app on my phone. Even with help from support for this, the only successful login has been setting Chrome as my default browser, rebooting the phone, getting Atera app to open the login in Chrome, then log in, but that forces setting up Microsoft Authenticator app again, but successfully logs out. However, upon logging out of the app (to test), Atera then opens Firefix despite Chrome being set as default. Then when I attempt to login using biometrics, I get "Not Allowed." error (with the…

  7. Ability to filter by ticket number on the app

  9. Need the ability to have customizable service forms that can be created on the mobile app. The service form that is created should be able to import into QuickBooks Online and then be turned into an invoice.

  16. When I click on the Customer in the mobile app, if you were to remove the Customer Logo, dial button and location from the General and Devices pages you would create a much more useable space. Pretty logo's are actually limiting functional space in this instance, it would be a real benefit if it was gone particularly when scrolling devices.

  17. It would be cool if technicians could access the knowledge base from the Atera mobile app.
    And it would be great to be able to take pictures of equipment with your smartphone and send them to Atera.
