dashboard
I would pay double if we could get a dedicated, customizable WALLBOARD that doesn't have access to anything except the widgets we checkbox.
Basically the existing Dashboard, but not requiring a User License and that WALLBOARD user not having access to anything except for the live dashboard.
Every other system has a Wallboard/NOC Display feature.
No user license would be used for this, as it wouldn't be a user, but I wouldn't be against paying a little extra for this "user", as I understand it would require it's own login. That dedicated login would also have to not be limited…

custom fields
Custom field modifying window too small. can the custom field editor be modified to be bigger if you want to update/modify the field. Modify box is far too small to be useful. not just on custom field but also on all other clickable data fields. Passwords for example.

I would like a note pad.
It would be great if Atera had some sort of notepad for keeping notes on various things. Maybe just a tab on the left side pane, or maybe per customer or device. This would be a great feature. So far, this is just about the only thing that our old RMM has over Atera. Please, bring us this feature!!! I've seen places for notes, but they are very deep within too many menus.

Show running processes (like patching and software deployment) in the Web Console - Device view
It would be very helpful to have a "Running processes" view in a per-server basis (in the agent view), in the Web interface, so that we can see clearly and quickly what is running in that server from the Atera agent, like software updates, software installation, etc. That would allow us to quickly confirm what is running on that server without having to check the global "running processes" view then having to filter.

Disable forced 2FA
Most of us are IT Professionals and we don't need Atera telling us how to do our jobs, we can come up with some pretty interesting passwords. We don't need FORCED 2FA. I like that it is an option but should not be forced on your users, we are paying for this software, we should be able to use it as we wish and we accept responsibility if we mess up. I have left other vendors for the same thing I really don't want to leave Atera.

Option to Download all Agent Installers at once
The variety of options for installing agents (download the msi directly, the curl script, download link) is nice.
It would also be nice if we could download a zip of every agent installer.

When on a customer page, modals should be pre-populated with the current customer.
When on a customer page, the "Install Agent" and "Edit Relations" modals should be pre-populated with the current customer.
If I'm already on the customer page for "Research Corp" (made up) and I click "Install Agent" or "Edit Relations" (to put a device in a folder under "Research Corp") having to select the customer again each time seems redundant.

Forced log out
Forced log out happens randomly about every 24 hours and usually in the middle of a ticket update in the middle of the day - can we have some adjustment for this like forced log out after x minutes/hours idle but if active just remains logged in.

Create a Vendor Module
Create a Vendor Module similar to the customer interface. It would be nice to be able to track tickets, equipment, installation dates and services requested from vendors. I would like to be able to have a vendor section that you could put in your open tickets, track repairs & scheduled installations with each vendor.

Include the Agent Name in the Title for Browser Tab
Currently, no matter what Agent you open up, the Web Browser Tab Title Reads "Atera - RMM Software | PSA & Remote Access for MSPs".
Rather than have this generic page title, include the Agent Name that is open in the tab, e.g.:
"AGENT NAME | Atera - RMM Software"
When I have 10 devices open in separate tabs, it's hard to navigate back to the right computer without flipping through each one!

search
Simple, remember last 10 name searches in the search bar so I can quickly go back to a machine again without having to retype the name, as when we currently go from the machine site to another part of Atera the search does not remember where I was last so I have to search again, handy when you have lots of machines.

calendar dashboard
I'd like a calendar dashboard of sorts. Someplace to go to see everything that is scheduled in Atera. And if we could color-code technicians within that calendar for easier identification at a glance.

Back Navigation
If you go to a customer that has lots of tickets, and you filter out the tickets to see only closed ones for example, and you click to open one ticket and then click back, it takes you back to the default open and pending tickets- there is no way to save a certain filter.
