I have a third party security product that sends an email alert.
I have third party security devices that send an email alert.
I can instruct them to send those emails to my Atera "Auto-Generated Support Address" and this will create a ticket, but I would prefer to have an email address that triggers an alert with the email content as the alert description.
An alternative would be to add an Alert Trigger to the the Atera API.1 vote -

Atera to save Webroot Key
- When we deploy Webroot - doesn't seem that Atera is saving the Webroot key that it has for the customer. one click and it would grab the correct key for that customer.

Add-on section isn't useful for day to day use
The Add-Ons Menu provides no useful information or dashboard, it can be moved elsewhere and accomplish the same task without being in the way of other more important features.

Service Dates for Invoices Exported to QuickBooks Online
When I generate an invoice in Atera and export it to QuickBooks Online, the Service Date column lists the date the invoice was generated and exported. This is a problem for me because I bill at the end of the month. For services rendered to a client in July, I'll generate and export that invoice in the first few days of August, and on the exported invoice all of the service dates are for August even though the invoice is for services rendered in July. This is unnecessarily confusing to my clients. Right now I have to manually change the…

Use QuickBooks for Service Definitions
I have all of my services configured in QuickBooks Online. When I setup a new contract I select one of the services that exist in QuickBooks. On the QuickBooks Online side of things, I have specified service descriptions that match what is listed on my client contract (the one the client signs, not Atera's concept of a contract). The problem is that when I generate an invoice from Atera and export that to QBO, the service description is overwritten and lists only the service name. So now I have 2 columns on the invoice that both have identical data and…
