AnyDesk Access Control List
We're requesting the ability to manage the Access Control List within AnyDesk from Atera.
This would allow administrators to specify AnyDesk addresses and users that can connect to a remote device and block others.
This would increase the level of security for remote devices and users, given scammers typically use AnyDesk and other remote desktop tools in their attempts to defraud people.

The closest thing I've come by when it comes to monitoring Active Backup actively is by using this script (https://github.com/WAdama/nas_ab_status/commits/master) and Paessler PRTG. However it doesn't cover all backup options in Active Backup, so when you have hundreds of file backup-jobs, server backup-jobs and hypervisors backup-jobs as well as 365 and/or Google backup-jobs you're out of luck. I have a third party security product that sends an email alert.
I have third party security devices that send an email alert.
I can instruct them to send those emails to my Atera "Auto-Generated Support Address" and this will create a ticket, but I would prefer to have an email address that triggers an alert with the email content as the alert description.
An alternative would be to add an Alert Trigger to the the Atera API.1 vote -
