Zoho Assist
It would be nice to have something like Zoho Assist integrated as an alternative to Splashtop SOS, as Zoho even has a free option, which would be perfect for someone who only occasionally needs use an attended log in, and doesn't want to pay for a full Splashtop SOS account.

IAM Solution
Would be great if Atera was able to setup a LDAP server that we can configure windows/mac devices to connect to for OS authentication.
Something like setting up an OpenLDAP server and using pGina to enable authentication for operating systems. This would eliminate the need for folks like myself having to worry about a AD solution just to manage user accounts for all my clients. That way we can have a global repository for every client and configure permissions accordingly.

Licences renewal management for 3rd party softwares
The only missing tool for me is a way to assign prices, renewal dates and reminders to the software inventory. For exemple, I'd like to assign the date and price for when and how much my next renewal of Autocad will be needed. Then having a report which shows how much and when we need to spend for licences. It would be a huge planning tool.

Beyond Identity
Why can we not just upload and set installs for any app (exe or msi) in our portal. Having to set up a private repo seems crazy (and I cannot seem to find anywhere in the portal where I can actually do this). Atera is the only RMM platform I've ever used where you cannot upload/store software setup files manually and it's extremely frustrating.

Integration with CrowdStrike
Integration with CrowdStrike, specifically the exposure management tool, allowing technicians to see all vulnerabilities within a site or a device, rather than just windows vulns. Prioritise Vulns based on CVE or EXxPRT rating and create tickets directly from vulns so that we can assign Techs to remediate.

True Third (3rd) Party Patching and Vulnerability Assessment
Atera needs to have true granular 3rd party vulnerability and application patching as well as bios and hardware. Ability to see what third party application needs updating right in the update and patch list, and reporting on what repository (or chocolatey or homebrew) the app is being updated from. This need is currently critical and requires outside vendors to meet the third party patching need. Ideally option for customer sourced repositories that are then approved by Atera just like the scripts library.
