  3. Under patch summary report, we can see agents that are offline or are not responsive. Is there anyway we can access offline/ unresponsive agent right from the report screen?

    Idea is to get working on the machines that are non responsive when running patches.

  6. Add API user to the activity logs in Atera so we can track what's been done by API

    For example I deleted a load of contacts via API and looked at activity logs which don't know me any information about contacts deleted by the API.

  8. Atera just updated their branding. The new logo looks great but now my custom white label options are ruined because nothing matching hot pink and I have no way of changing that.

    Please allow us to customize some of the accent colors so we can continue using our custom white label UI.

  9. Eine Funktion, dass man sich mit einem Klick auf ein Gerät oder eine Website verbinden kann und das Passwort und der Benutzer wird automatisch eingegeben. Bzw. einen Button mit dem man die Hinterlegte Website direkt Aufrufen kann.

  11. I Think it would be very useful to have a forum for Atera MSP's to be able to interact with Atera specialists and with each other about issues and best practices when using Atera. This could be a place to exchange ideas about scripts, thresholding and more.

  12. I switched to Atera from Kaseya VSA. So far I'm loving the simplicity, ease of use, and much more reasonable pricing of Atera in comparison. One of the few things that I do miss about Kaseya VSA, however, was the ability to keep a library of scripts (command prompt, powershell, terminal, etc). They could be organized into folders and subfolders, and had permission based sharing - so you could make specific scripts and folders accessible to everyone, restricted groups (such as employees or managers), or keep it private so only you could access them.   13. I’ve been an Atera Customer for a few years now and I’m still getting frustrated with the lack of progress with the development of Atera.
    I get sick of finding an issue with Atera and then being told to log it as a feature request when its obviously a development oversite.
    The basics that your opposition does is a feature request for Atera.
    So can we all vote on a feature request for Atera to start to get their act into gear.

I'd like to see the ability to request tickets with more than just one status via API. for instance i can only look at open tickets or only look at pending tickets, I need to look at both open and pending at the same time. Also being able to choose the ticket types in the same api call would be ideal. i want to do one call to view all open/pending tickets with type Incident or type Change. I'd also like to see more items per page.

  19. It would be nice to limit some technicians log on ability into Atera for certain hours. A company might not want a technician or help desk users logging in after hours for security purposes and to prevent unauthorized access from home. Also, it would be nice if that person can be restricted to just logging into a specified IP to ensure work is being done in the office, while not enforcing those requirements to the admins.
