  1. Provide password management to our clients which can increase the value we offer — deploy and administer a modern password manager across all your clients.

    Allow central management of SSO, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and password-based authentication across client organizations from a single admin console.

    The biggest piece would be to allow Multi-tenant management that makes it simple to administer the password manager for multiple organizations.

  3. Cannot perform multiple actions on search results: Scenario: You want to search for all the machines beginning XYZ- and edit the relations to put them in a new folder – but there is no multi select option or actions toolbar/menu

    Instead, you have to scroll through the entire list of devices to find each machine that you want to select.
    Please add a check box to the results, a select all check box and add the multi select actions menu

  4. Search in the new UI behaves differently: Scenario: You copy a serial number from somewhere but accidentally include an extra space in front of it (easily done) and then paste it in to the Atera search box in the new UI. This can lead to a lot of confusion as it is not always obvious that you have accidentally got a leading space in the search box.

  6. The option to have a central signature where you can put variables like %AGENTNAME%, %EMAILADDRESS%, %FUNCTION% and the like. That way we don't have to update the signatures manually for every employee, but centrally change it.

  7. Would be nice to have the ability to create temporary, plugin, or other remote access portal that is session based to direct users to when the agent is not showing online or has an issue (e.g. Logmein rescue, ZoHo Assist, etc.)

  8. Require a Drill Down Menu (multi-level tree structure) for Customers:

    When we click on Customers Menu on the left it should (show + or > sign) expand all customers and we should be able to drill down to any customer. And when we Select a particular customer, it should expand and show options such as Devices, Tickets, Alerts, etc. This will be a very helpful feature and make the process of switching between different customers.

  11. Where existing Atera MSP customers work collaboratively it would be extremely useful to allow access to each other's Atera portals, without having to duplicate tech user subscriptions. We are familiar with transferring Atera Agents from between Atera accounts, but collaborative access or ability to merge the full account would be great.

  15. Ability to collect syslog data from client (or local) network devices for alerts and log reviews. Might be able to use the custom report tool to parse the data? Understand that it might require a local NUC to collect the data.

  16. The parameters text field is not available for the Microsoft Office deployment tool in the Software bundle. Since only the parameter can specify what exact office product needs to be installed, in a bundle can be installed only a default product - Microsoft Office Home and Business 2016. I consider it a bug.

  18. Very simple I've noticed a new marketing message trying to sell an addional agent licence because I'm logged into Atera twice. Techically I'm not using 2 licences I'm simply spreading interface items across mulitple monitors. I only ever initiate a machine connection from always the same instance. I use the second session to look at tickets, call up passwords, check documentation. I use 4 monitors and a single webpage session just doesn't cut in these days and navigation gets rather clumsy moving round the same session.
