Pagination Improvements
Where Pagination is applicable, can we add the ability to change the default view of 10, 25, 50, etc?
Ability to be able to save our preference in Settings.

Timeout for monitoring
We monitor a couple hundred SNMP devices and websites and sometimes it alerts that a device is down but we can still reach it anyway.
Therefore, we would like to be able to adjust the timeout for monitoring these devices (e.g. check SNMP device every 5min or something)4 votes -

Modify OID values
Would like to be able to perform functions on the oid values and have that display as well. For instance, some printers report toner levels as a number and to get the toner percent level you have to calculate it based on current level and max level. Would appreciate being able to do this within atera to display the actual value and the calculated value.

customers portal devices tab
Would be great to add a read only access (or more) to customers main contact (or internal ITs contacts) on his devices through the customer portal (or through the main portal)

Disk capacity refresh
Add a refresh button to the disks area in Atera. When cleaning up a computer with a full hard drive using scripts, it would be nice to be able to see the new free space when requested. A little refresh button to request updated Disk information would be fantastic!

Add "Recent Processes" view to the device you click on
When you click on a device you can see the Metrics/Software/Hardware/Profiles etc. however you cannot see the recent processes that are running or have ran in the past on that device you are clicked on. The only way to see this to my knowledge is to click on reports and then go into Recent Processes. Can you add the ability to see recent processes when you click on a device? It would be nice to see a visual of the recent processes kind of like how you can see the cpu and memory metrics or hard drive space used. This…

generic device
Be able to add Generic devices without the need of an agent monitoring it. For example, say you have customer with 10 computers and we have also installed 10 monitors and docking-stations.
It wold be nice if we could add these devices to the device list (for inventory management) without the need of choosing an agent to monitor them.1 vote -
Advanced Search: Filter by Profile
There is no way to filter by patch automation profile, so Its difficult to determine if a device does not have a profile.

Device view to show monitored devices by the agent
at the moment you can nowhere can see in the device view of an server/desktop agent if it is monitoring other devices like "generic".
at the moment we swap a lof of virtual servers which monitor certain others things in the network. you finally see it if you want to delete an old, swapped server, then you get the note that there are devices monitored.

Employee Monitoring. Report how long the computer is used and which programs. Report for employers when employees work from home. My customer wants this report from me.

Software License Tracking
It would be nice if Atera coulda track Third-Party licenses. For example, the device management screen would show if a copy of SolidWorks, Nitro Pro or Adobe Pro was installed and list the corresponding licenses. I know a few other RMM solutions have functionality like this. Would make tracking licensed software much easier.

Merge devices
Have the ability to merge or overwrite devices based on MAC address perhaps? It would make custom fields much more useful if the information was persistent if the device had Windows reinstalled for instance.

Implement a SSH webshell for accessing devices on networks.
It would be awesome if we could get a SSH webshell to access devices such as Cisco networking equipment from SNMP or just by specifying DNS/IP info. It could use a specified agent to execute the function.
