  2. It would be nice to be able to print or save to file from the Devices>Agent>Patch Management screen. Currently it displays the list. Our auditors want a document from our management tool that details what the patch state of a server is, and when patches were applied. I was told that this can be generated via an Excel output, but an Excel file can be manipulated after being exported. Which the auditors don't consider a valid document.

  4. Currently there is a limit to how many items can be in a policy this is between 30 and 50 as sometimes it works and some times it doesnt (Ateras Words).

    As we cant apply multiple policys can we then increase the amount of items per policy.

  5. For Example: A customer has a device with a S.M.A.R.T problem and want to change it in a few weeks. So it would be nice, to add a note at the top, so other technicians are informed quickly.

  7. Protected Custom Field - It would be great if we could hash or protect custom fields in order to store passwords, as these can be pulled from API or PSAtera. This could be utilized to give unique local passwords to each workstation.

  13. For switches, it would be helpful to have a list of the interfaces which also includes the interface information such as port status, ip address, name, mac address, etc.

    Also, if the ability to power cycle those ports or perform any switch management or a CLI interface would be immensely helpful.

    And in the table, allow the system to see other devices that you already have the Atera Agent on, and have that table link items found on a switch so you can click on known devices and go to that page.

  16. It would be great to be able to search devices by Service Tag # or serial #. I would also love the ability to choose what information is shown for each device in the customer/device list view. Right now it's just Agent Name, last logged user, and a folder location if applicable. It would be great to be able to also display service tag/serial, computer model, public IP, etc.

  17. It would be advantageous to have IP subnet as an attribute for a location. Upon setting that attribute, devices can intelligently be attached to the site if they are in that subnet.

  18. The option to add customized buttons on the device/customer device interface to trigger frequently used scripts.

    The speedtest button would be a great example. Select a device and click a button for one click script runs and get the device speedtest.

  20. We need the ability to have more granular control on what "remote manage" means. Currently we cannot give our technicians the ability to manage servers because it's all or nothing. We don't want them to have SYSTEM level command line access when all they need to do is occasionally remote into a service account.
