Stop sending the same alert for the same device multiple times.
When receiving Disk Usage/CPU/Memory/Temperature alerts, these are creating new tickets going to different techs and sending multiple emails to customers about the same thing which is spammy. Would be good to stop receiving the same alert multiple times until it is fixed.11 votes -

Different Thresholds for Different Disk Drives
I have two or more drives to monitor and I am only allowed to monitor all or none with the same threshold. I wish to monitor two drives differently. One set to 90% and one set to 4GB for critical.

variable CPU temp thresholds depending on CPU Types and Specs
Some CPU can work at much higher temperatures than others and therefore it would be great to have High CPU alerts that changes according to what type of CPU are in the endpoint. For example, I believe that the max CPU temp for Intel Core i5-4670K is around 72°C but for a Intel Core i5-7600K it's 100°C. I would like the alert for high CPU temp to not trigger if a i5-7600K runs at 85C but would like for it to be triggered for a i5-4670K if it runs at 80C... Thanks

Add the option to make a threshold item to alert if a service is On.

Threshold - Create alert when process is not running
I monitor processes that only load once the user logs in.
The Atera agent activates on startup before login so I get false alerts whenever they turn the PC on or shut it down.

Atera App Alerts for Antivirus
Send Bitdefender, Webroot, Etc, Antivirus alerts to the Atera app. If a device is infect, we need to know about it.

A way to auto merge tickets if it has multiple alerts coming in
We are seeing that we will get multiple of the same alerts for the same device throughout the day. We would like to have the ability for it to either auto merge or auto close any new tickets that come in if we already have a ticket open for that specific alert.

Sound Alerts
I think a nice optional feature would be to have optional sound alerts that a ticket has been created. As an IT professional I am not always looking at my dashboard and occasionally am delayed in responding to tickets due to the fact that I am not alerted like the other sound alerts.

Like the solarwinds solution, I would like to have an alert when the login count for a server or workstation reaches 5 failed attempts with the account name used to try to login

combine emails for closed tickets
I would like to suggest that the emails that go out automatically when a ticket is closed be combined into one email that contains the technician response, the notification of the ticket being closed and the survey all in one email rather than 3 separate emails. it can be overwhelming when an end user submits multiple tickets daily and receives 3 emails for each ticket when it is closed.

Offline
I only get notices when devices go offline, and I have to check the status only to find out they are back online. Is there a way to get a notice that the offline condition doesn't exist anymore?
To simplify it, Monitored Agent Goes Offline (state created). Devices comes back online (Online state active again, re-alert device is back on).
This would help me not have to urgently jump into Dashboard or App trying to figure out what happened only to see it was a user restart or ISP outage.

Would be good if you can select more than 20 alerts to resolve, maybe have a ALL alerts to be resolved.
If you have 1000 of Alerts, you have to scroll down the screen and then go back to the top of the screen and select ALL

Failed password alert improvements
Currently with failed password alerting we are flooded with alerts, rendering the tool almost useless. I dont care about when a legitimate user mistypes there password a few times, it happens multiple times a day across our Atera instance. I only care about programmatic failed attempts. I want the bar to be high, like 100 failed login attempts in an hour. Or better yet, customizable. Then I know I need to take action.

New pop-out (top right of screen) shows Server Name but does not display Customer Name.
