  2. Hello,

    I have some Event viewer Tresolds. Iám missing 2 thinks here:

    1. Overruling the message with a understanding on instead of a copy of the event.
    2. If its Information i wont get a email notice, maybe to overrule it so it will email within the thresold rule? (Like inserting a USB)

  6. Currently if we want to add an alert ID to a threshold, the type (information, critical, etc) much match what is in the Event Viewer. We need to be able to set it differently for our Atera alerts.

    For example, for detecting potential ransomware, we want to monitor a scheduled task creation, Event ID 4698 and 4700. In the Event Viewer that's an information alert. We would like to be able for that to show up as a critical alert in Atera to get our attention so it's not lost.

  8. Customized interval for Threshold exceeded alerts as with current setting it will send emails in every 10 minutes if a threshold exceeded and which can create floods of emails with such notifications .

    Looking for an option to increase this time from 10 minutes to a higher value or to have a customize option to increase this value

  12. We can setup custom alerts for Event ID in thresholds. The problem is that when setting up the alert, the level has to match what is in the windows log. For example if we setup an alert for the Event ID 4672 for a user being granted admin rights. In the event viewer the level is "informational" so we have to setup the alert in the threshold as informational to match. It would be great if we could assign the Atera alert to Warning instead of informational. That would let us have that red flag warning that they may be…

  14. I have a remote client with spotty internet, and the Atera agent thinks it's a system down many many times a day. Would be great if the did not respond timer was adjustable, to 8 or even 12 hours. Would save my inbox.

  16. Alerts automated to tickets: We have alerts set up in a way that we want to make sure our servers are always running. We want to know when they stop.
    Want to be able to have ticketes from alerts set by: specific type of alerts, specific devices and also for information alerts.

  20. Hello, i am wondering if there is a way to create an editable pop up notification / warning or tip when a ticket is received.
    the idea is to allow for a technician to receive a ticket, and if there are some unique or special client requirements, the pop up will automatically open providing the information we have set for that client
