Add more agent to a specific contact
Hi, I need to assign different agents to the same contact but I can't find how to do it. Let's imagine a scenario in which a specific contact has an Apple computer, a windows desktop computer and a windows notebook. Currently the tool only allows you to connect a user to only a computer.

Atera Agent Version
Would it be possible to display the Atera Agent version in the device details in the top grey box. Have some sort of traffic light system for Up to date / needs updating (Minor update) / Out of date (Immediately needs updating) , An upgrade button next to it would be really helpful.
A system report for this would also be helpful, but is not as essential.
This has been flagged due to a large number of older clients on 1.8.0.3 going offline in January as the updates have not been applied and the security parameters/support having been changed.

I saw there is no way to change the monitoring agent for multiple devices, i have to do it one by one it will be very helpful if i can do it in bulk

Enhancing Remote Access Management: Integrating Atera Agent for HTML-based Device Control
The ability to remotely access devices such as ILOs, Switches, Copiers, etc., directly from the console via the Atera agent would be greatly appreciated. This feature would enable more efficient and simplified management of these devices, thereby providing a smoother and more productive user experience.

agent deployment
Have a way to customize parameters for Agent deployment. With Splashtop company's package deployment, you can customize many things when building the deployment package. But when using Atera to so the same, it builds a basic package and you cannot customize anything about it. Specifically we are looking to deploy the Atera agent but have the Splashtop settings for Enable Direct Connection be turned OFF, instead of the default of ON... Any help with this would be appreciated.

Notifications for Alerts
The notifications feature should be on Top of Priority, as many times we are working on other apps, and we didn't get notifications on desktop of browser as banner or sound nothing. Until we're back to the dashboard the request often goes away from customer side.
Also, there should be option of setting different notifications for different sites, but on the first priority is the notification banner or sound at least, without that there's too much difficulty to resolve problems within the required timeframe.

Windows Server Roles & Features
Allow the agent to collect information regarding the roles and features installed on the server and be able to sort in the list of devices to be able to apply scripts on a large scale

Please allow tab complete in the Linux Agent terminal. In addition, allowing aliased commands like ll vs ls -la would also be convenient.

Support FIPS
We need Atera to support FIPS. We have FIPS enabled for compliance reasons and therefor can't use Atera. We love the product, so hopefully this will be added in the near future.

ZFS - Status
"ZFS" is being used more and more with Linux.
The individual disks are displayed. However, this does not really help.The status is evaluated very simply with "zpool status".

Idle on Main Device screen
Having a field on the main screen for a device where it shows whether the device is idle, versus having to click through a couple dropdown menus before getting to the info. It would help to be able to see, at a glance, whether the device is indeed idle before connecting up. This avoids connecting when it's in use, which disrupts the client's work most times when in use.
Several other RMM's have this already, which is convenient.

We do not use sudo on our datacenter machines, please add install script without sudo.

Use another agent as proxy or gateway for devices without internet access
Allow monitoring devices that have no internet gateway but which are in the same network than other atera agents with full internet access allowed. We have windows machines competely without default gateway entry. I think they will not be able to launch functions which need internet access but maybe we are able to monitor them by redirecting the monitoring information over an existing agent.

System shutdowns should either report under the "Last Reboot Time" or in their own category.
I was told they are not the same, but it is basically the same. You want to know when the system was rebooted/shutdown. I had a client that hadn't rebooted, but they shutdown their machine every night. The system reports this as uptime, which is very wrong.
