Submitting ticket - agent registration
Having to register the agent on multiple workstation for each user AND in citrix makes my life very difficult. I would like for the agent to pick up the currently logged in user . This is what most other agents do. Or just allow the user to put in their email to submit.
Generally people just skip doing it and then when they need help they can't submit a ticket. It's very challenging to manage.

Dynamically move agents to customers folders
Dynamically assign an agent to a customer folder based on the device host name

Allow agent to be installed silently via Intune
Pretty straightforward. Allow the Atera agent to be installed silently via Intune, like it could previously. The agent can be installed silently via GPO on a domain, and Intune / Azure AD is just the next iteration of that.

peer to peer software installation
From what support tells me 20 installs per minute limits any software deployment to small batches. Aside from the limit, the network potentially chokes up at the internet line. These are limits that need/can be managed. For example... determine if the software is already installed, and if not, determine the number of IP addresses receiving the request, round robin downloads by randomization of a delay between 1 - 15 minutes and peer to peer share the downloaded file for deployment or designate an agent download point inside the network as preferred method if available.

Event Monitoring Improvement (v3)
Atera has made some great changes when monitoring Windows event logs, but there are still some features that would make it much more valuable.
I would like to be able to filter events based on the contents of their description. Let's say I'm monitoring the Application log for any events generated by the Application Crash and Application Hang sources. While this is helpful, it generates lots of noise and unnecessary alerts. Since there are a limited number of critical applications that I'm worried about, I want to specify those application names in the monitor so that Atera only generates alerts…

Associate Atera install with the same agent in the app
I've had to reinstall Windows on several computers and it would be optimal if, instead of adding the device as a brand-new agent, there were an Atera install package that could be downloaded from a specific agent in the app so that the device would stay associated with the same info in Atera.
For example, if I reinstall Windows on agent PC-100, I would like to be able to reinstall the Atera agent on PC-100 and not have two PC-100 devices in the Atera app.2 votes -
metered network connections
Turn on or off the metered connection on Ethernet and/or wifi network connections.
Would be handy to be able to enable a metered connection on a remote laptop if the user suddenly starts hitting high data usage on a 4G router and mounts up a huge bill.2 votes -
Make the Linux Agent available to PRO users
Thank you for creating the Atera Agent for Linux. Please make it available for PRO subscribers as well. I understand that the MacOS Agent is restricted to the tier above PRO but the Linux Agent should be available to all tiers as it is already a feature supported by other RMMs on their 'low' tiers.

Clean up Mac Agent installer script
The current Mac agent installer script downloads the installer into the CWD and runs the installer from there. After installing, it does not delete the Atera installer. I request the installer script be modified to download the installer into the /tmp directory on the Mac, run the installer from there (by adding the flag "-pkg /tmp/AgentInstaller.pkg" to the installer command), and add a "rm '/tmp/AgentInstaller.pkg'" to the end of the script.

Sudo Rights
It seems like we can't install software from Atera on a Mac Device with the current configuration from the console side. Homebrew software installation seems to appear errors to any application that must be installed with Sudo privileges.
This almost makes the Homebrew feature useless. Please enable a feature that will allow us to install any application on Mac Devices remotely2 votes -
Mac monitoring agent for SNMP
Some of my clients are strictly Macs, with no Windows devices. It would be helpful if that Mac agent could function as an SNMP monitoring agent.

Retired device on customer level
Choose retired on a customer level: certain customers have different life cycle and they don’t want to pay for devices that they don’t touch for 30 days and then others for 45. Right now, I’m going through the data and then filtering out

Have the ability to block certain websites from being loaded or block all but the whitelisted ones from the agent. IE Block Tiktok on corporate PC's.

Tray icon changes
Tray icon have the ability to send ticket requests to an email address for those that don't use the ticketing from Atera.
Also
The Ability to not have to register to be able to use the Tray icon, not all customers want to do this and even when they do it only tags into Atera ticketing system

agent config and global agent control after install
I would love to globally set my agents to only play sound on the remote machine and not on mine, and also to remove the splashtop printers as I don't need them. It would be useful to have both of these options configured as default for new agents also

Device Update with unique ID
Hello, could we imagine an update of the device part by unique id ? (example : mac address? If the mac address is already present, the agent retrieves the information from the previous device. This would allow it to preserve the history, limit the number of duplicates following a relocation or a name change. Thank you. (The removal function of agents not connected since X is difficult to use in my case, we have portable workstations that can stay outside for several months without returning to the office, I do not want to lose control of these workstations). Automatic agent deletion of clients that have not been online for a long time
It would be very helpful if there would be a function that outdated agents, for example, 6 or 12 months (arbitrarily adjustable) were no longer online, automatically deleted from Atera. So that you always have a clean client infrastructure and no corpses in the panel manually over the device filter setting must constantly clean.
