    6 min is most important for us. The best thing would be a custom field to enter the rounding threshold in minutes instead of a dropdown menu.

  7. Creating a custom feature to set time round in ticket, so we could set to 5 or 10 or 20 minutes instead of quarter or half or full hour

    The time entries should be shown on the signature screen. After the customer has signed, the tech should be able to send the signed timesheet as a PDF file
