    I assume that "Network Discovery" is a platform for adding more features and is therefore a springboard for those features - however, I find it a bit lacking and currently it has proven of little use to me and my team. One of the MAIN requirements is being able to push agents out to unmanaged devices on the network - which I've not successfully used one time. I HAVE used Network Discovery, though, to add SNMP devices found on the network. I'll agree, it needs work

    Keith (and all)...there's a script in the library called "GetMemoryConfiguration" that provides the ability to see the RAM specs specifically and has proved VERY useful for us.

    Atera - it would be helpful to have this data listed on the Agent page

    This would be a VERY helpful change. There are many cases where this would be helpful:
    1. One IT contact (a.k.a. "liaison") for all tickets at a company - but multiple machines
    2. WFH user needs access to several PC's at the office, not just one
    3. "Frontdesk" machine gets used by multiple receptionists
    4. Liaison creates a ticket for a machine not their own
    5. How are we supposed to chat with a user that has no company email?

    chat with Teams would be great...however, I feel being able to chat through the agent WITHOUT the client on the other end needing to input an email address. Not all our clients have email addresses
