Ability to select a single Microsoft Patch and apply it to a Customer Group
In saturations where a single specific Microsoft KB needs to be applied to a Customer Group - It would be nice to be able to search for that KB and select for ONLY that KB to be pushed out through IT Automation and Patch Management.
Example: During Quarterly Maintenance, if we only want the previous months MS patches pushed and not the most current, it would be nice to be able to select the one KB and push it to that Customer Group.2 votes -

run scripts via API
Could it be possible to run a script against an API.
We use a 3rd party helpdesk it will be good to use the helpdesk to call the API to run a sctipt. The 3rd party desk already grabs the machine details you see so we would like to run a script against it

Add J-son file to a script:
Add J-son file to a script: add a file when we do the installation scripts. The json file that needs to be in the same folder that needs to be in this executable. Instead of creating a script, there should be a way where you can upload a script and you should be able to include a json file.

The ability to run scripts or automation processes on system start or user login would be amazing. For example, running a script on a system to fix an issue that reoccurs on startup.

App Versioning Patch Management
Add a feature to manage app versions for updates/patch management. You should be able to choose what version level you want for a particular application. This way patch automation will automatically exclude the app if a new version is available.

AI utilization for troubleshooting
Is it possible if the user starts a support chat and AI replay accordingly to troubleshoot the issue by running predefined scripts authorized by administrators. For example, if the user says his computer is running slow, AI must check the hardware utilization and accordingly run the script to fix the issue. If the issue persists, it should connect the user to a technician.

Ability to set the agent to run patches when the computer comes online
I would like a way to mark an offline agent/computer to run patches when it comes back online or have it run patches when it has been online for x minutes.
We have field users that are not online very often or are only online after hours and are not getting patched as they should.5 votes -

Company Wide Policies
We have moved from Ninja to Atera and the difference in Policies is a bit disappointing.
With Ninja we could have company wide policies applied to "Servers" or "Workstations" and a Mac, Windows and Linux option.
However, we don't seem to have an option like that with Atera, instead we have to make sure to manually apply server polices to servers and workstation policies to workstations.
Each Policy would also give us the option to setup alerts and scheduled tasks/script which doesn't seem to be in Atera.
For example, we have a 2 main policies set for all servers. "Scheduled…

patch approval notification
Great tool!!
But it is a lot of manual work to go and check if there are new patches postponed and waiting for review. It will be great to have any kind of notification- an email? alert? So we'll know we need to go there and check it out.1 vote -
Allow for scheduling of patches with an option to add days to the recurrence
It would be helpful for scheduling patches if we could specify a + number of days as part of the schedule. For example, the second Tuesday of every month +5 days. This would let us build patch deployment times around patch Tuesday with consistency.

Rules Stop
Give the option to stop the Ticket Automation Rule Flow if a specific automation criteria has been met. We have a problematic customer that we have to send a separate response to when doing anything with their tickets. I made a rule to send them a message when their ticket assignment changes, but they get 2 emails because it doesn't stop after that rule and continues on to the generic Ticket Assignment rule. If the flow would stop after the first one, we could get more creative and Customer/Contact specific with automated responses if necessary.

Manage available patches in folder under customer
On the device page there is a manage available patches button, but when going tin to folders this is not available.
It would be very helpful to have this option under folders as well.3 votes -
Optional patches to be separated from other patches
Ability to separate the "optional patches" from the rest of the patches, so it doesn't show that some devices still need to be patched.
Optional updates are the updates that you don’t do unless there is an issue with the hardware. Atera scans for all missing patches. It is missing the optional updates but will consider it missing patches. For it to be considered as fully patches, it needs to have the optional. What ends up happening is that we fact in fact patches system but for the tech point of view, the tech would think they need to patch…

Scheduling IT Automation Between hh:am and hh:pm Daily/Weekdays
We have a customer with a large mobile workforce using laptops that are online for brief periods in a day. The current IT automation scheduling features requires that we specify hh:mm. The automation runs on schedule but fails to achieve much since most laptops may be offline at the specified time. Instead of creating additional schedules (for e.g. 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, etc.) it would be good to set a range
