Option to hide driver updates from the device overview page
Example: When viewing the devices list, it shows a device has 10 patches pending. When clicking on it, it reveals they are all optional driver updates under Windows. I think the patching should allow you to specify which update types are important to know about, and possibly based on the current patching profile it has setup on that device.

Feature - Failed Login Attempts - Configuration
Dear Sir or Madam,
For the above mentioned feature we would like to be able to edit the configuration of the failed login attempts.
From how many failed login attempts in which time period should a message be issued.
The extension of this feature would help us a lot to use the monitoring with Atera as the only monitoring software.
With kind regards

Ability to run automations based on various agent fields, for example Vendor or a custom fields.
I have various automations that I only want to apply to a specific vendor regardless of customer, or based on a specific custom field value. Currently we can only run automations on a customer at a customer level. We have achieved this in other RMM tools so would be good to see here too.

IT Automation on new agents
"Run the profile on newly installed agents" need a automation profile for the customer and it would affect all new agents. Why not "Run the profile on new assigned agents" when the agent will get the profile assigned manually, by folder or by customer. So we have a much better flexibility.

Override threshold profile for device
e.g. a device has an additional service I want to monitor and to not create a new threshold profile, it would be easier and faster to override the current threshold profile with an additional service.
In our environment there are lots of different servers with different services to monitor and it takes a very long time to set up all threshold profiles for all different kinds of servers.10 votes -
24 Hour Reboot Warning
It would be helpful to be able to set our patch management so that when a reboot is needed the customer gets a prompt on their screen. If they manually reboot then that's great. If they don't, then after 24 hours the computer would force a reboot. This would streamline our ability to manage patching and reboots while also not surprising the end user with unexpected reboots.

Folder Automation
Create an option to assign devices to folders automatically based on device name, for example, if a device name starts with "example-" then place in folder "example".
This is an extremely powerful way of deploying apps automatically with intune and would be highly beneficial for deploying software packages and windows patches unattended. It would also prevent new devices from being missed and left unpatched.

Patch management filter profile by device type
It would be really important to be able to filter devices by device type (eg. Servers, Workstations) when applying a Patch management profile. Now it simply impossible to create a profile that automatically(!) applies to different device types.
Discussion on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/atera/comments/tz4cih/it_automation_by_device_type/
"IT automation by device typeWhen applying automation profiles, there seems to be 3 selection options: Companies, individual agents, and folders.
The problem with adding a company is that it will apply the same profile to PCs and servers.
The problem with individual agents is that it is cumbersome and error prone when adding multiple agents.
The problem…

Support Automation Profile on Unassigned
Would be convenient if we could assign automation profiles on the Unassigned folder for customers. It's just not doable to move every single new agent from Unassigned to a different folder just so you can differentiate between servers and PC's/laptops.

allowing us to use a certain template when selecting "Send ticket reply to contacts by email"
Please allow us to set a specific email template when selecting the "Send ticket reply to contacts by email" feature.
This is a great tool and all, but there is absolutely no way to edit the automated email the customer receives when one of our technicians replies to their ticket.
The first instinct of the customer is to reply to the email sent, when they reply to the email, it just sends it t our tech's Outlook email address. Then the ticket conversation is in multiple locations.
It defeats the purpose of having a ticketing chat system if all of…

Windows Microsoft Store Updates
There seems to be a issue with MS Store downloading and installing updates automatically. I have to remote access each users machine, open the Store, select Library, then Get Updates for the majority of the apps on the machine to receive their updates. I have followed all of Microsoft's how-to-guides on how to resolve this issue, but it still persists.
I would like to see something in IT Automation or Agent function that includes scans for, validates, downloads, installs, and verifies installation for MS Store updates. It would be excellent if it could reference current CVEs during it's scan to…

Auto healing script priveledge level
Some of our scripts need to be run as the user. Support have told me that all scripts run from automation profiles are run as 'system', even if the script is created to be run as the user.
Please can the option be given within thresholds to run the auto-healing scripts as either system or user, so that we can roll out further automation.

Patch Management & Customer Folder Applied To
While it is great we can select specific patch management automation profiles from Customer > Folders > Action > IT Automation Profile, it would be great to select the folder at time of creating the patch management profile, click Apply To, click on Folders tab then select Customer, then click on the Customer's respective checkbox of folders available to apply it to.
