  2. It would be very useful if we can use SMS providers such as twilio and others to integrate to your RMM and have a portal where we can perform tasks like sending notifications to clients, or receiving MFA messages etc.

  7. Ability to connect to Anydesk without copying and pasting passwords. It would be nice if we can apply profiles to customers. For example, be able to set all endpoints to default to better performance and not to share sound.

  9. Use case for us is we have a license purchased for a monitor in the office to view tickets.
    Sometimes after the session timeout, the person with the MFA is not in the office and it is inconvenient to start a new session.

  11. Ability to have the retired device sync with what we see on Webroot. If there is a retired a device on Atera, on Webroot, that device is still listed over there. Would be nice to have it synched

  12. Clients are security conscious, the small splashtop "user has logged in" bottom right corner of the screen often goes unnoticed and clients freak out when the mouse starts moving.
    Please allow the splashtop chat or something similar to teamviewer showing that a user is currently logged in to prompt something that we have logged in that's obvious for the user to see.
    Currently I've bound a script to a mouse button and manually click chat every time I log in so clients don't get paranoid I can silently log in.

  15. It is essential that the integration with quickbooks brings across the email contact details for a client as this is where an invoice will be sent via quickbooks. It should also mean that it is easier to then view the main email contact details of the customer on the Atera platform

  17. Trend Micro has been a go to antivirus and cloud security suite for quite a long time. Bigger competitors of Atera such as Connectwise and Kaseya have Trend integrations.

  18. I want to be able to integrate applications like BeyondTrust or any other privilege management application into Atera. If a user needs elevated privileges to install a program, without admins having to remote in, I want a notification from the privilege app to be sent directly to Atera's Help Desk. I want to be able to communicate to the Customer through Atera to provide elevated privileges.

  19. For remote connection, we like ScreenConnect: we like the option to log on the computer, nice chat system, was not as friendly or easy to use when you are trying to talk to the client.

  20. It will be nice If you can integrate with "Genuity".
    Genuity is covering, and complimenting everything that Atera is lacking at.
    For example Asset tracking including warranty information and systems age.
    Saas and Vendor Contract management and tracking. with financial aspect for bot tracking segments.
    subscription is $30 per month for unlimited assists!!! If Atera can get their act together and provide us with the features that we requested for so long I am sure we will pay Atera the extra $30 per month.
