Cannot edit the file type of a script
The UI gives the impression that you can edit the script type - but actually you cannot - you have to delete it and start all over again.

First: I want to delete a Registry Key, but this is unavailable. I can only delete a registry value.

Passwords saved under a specific device is only visible in the Passwords section for that device.

Monitor third part service state
It could be great if we can monitor third part service state (i.e. Backup software solution or Antivirus solution.. )

technician log on/off hours
It would be nice to limit some technicians log on ability into Atera for certain hours. A company might not want a technician or help desk users logging in after hours for security purposes and to prevent unauthorized access from home. Also, it would be nice if that person can be restricted to just logging into a specified IP to ensure work is being done in the office, while not enforcing those requirements to the admins.

Failed login

Sort "My Scripts" list and category dropdown list alphabetically
This is using the new Atera interface, by the way.....When running a script on a device (Devices -> Manage -> Run Script), the category list as well as the list of scripts are not alphabetized. I have over 100 scripts in "My Scripts" and I'm trying to prioritize certain scripts in level of importance to run by simply numbering them in the category name and script name("1. categoryname", "2. categoryname","1. scriptname", "2. scriptname", etc) so my tech knows what categories of scripts to run first and what order to run those scripts in, but the scripts and categories are not…

Would like in API that there was a coupling between invoices, contracts and customers.

Ability to differentiate Automation Profiles based on OS
Our company runs several policies/Automation Profiles on client workstations, but profiles like reboots should not be applied to servers just because they are included in the client assignment.
We have found over the last month that manually excluding servers tends to result in missing a server or two, and still having an issue.
We propose that policies and Automation Profiles be set up with the option to exclude types of endpoints, like servers, from being added when creating or running a policy and/or Automation Profile.
We understand that Atera currently query for "some registry keys that are server only" when…

Have a Master contract (I.e. MSA) with multiple billing types (I.e. Per Agent, Per Server, Per Network Device, Bulk Hours and T&M) under it. Start & Finish dates set per the MSA.
Right now, I have 5 contracts for a client to manage the MSA agreement I have signed with them.

2fa access list IP address options
Ability to use network IP range when enabling Access List via 2fa login settings page in the Admin tab (Admin >> General >> Two Factor Authentication (2FA) >> Restrict IP Permissions >> Access List). Currently it only allows for a specific IP address. This is crucial for Public IPs that are Dynamic which is highly likely to keep changing.
