  3. Would like to give technicians full permissions to specific customers, don't wan't to assign "full admin access".

    Things like create folder, add computers to folders does not work if you haven't assigned "full admin access"

  4. Eine Funktion, dass man sich mit einem Klick auf ein Gerät oder eine Website verbinden kann und das Passwort und der Benutzer wird automatisch eingegeben. Bzw. einen Button mit dem man die Hinterlegte Website direkt Aufrufen kann.

  9. Passwords saved under a specific device is only visible in the Passwords section for that device.
    It would be beneficial to be able to see all the passwords (including device passwords) for particular client visible in the Password section of the client.

  10. It could be great if we can monitor third part service state (i.e. Backup software solution or Antivirus solution.. )
    Now, service state monitoring is regarding only to Microsoft Windows services.

  11. It would be nice to limit some technicians log on ability into Atera for certain hours. A company might not want a technician or help desk users logging in after hours for security purposes and to prevent unauthorized access from home. Also, it would be nice if that person can be restricted to just logging into a specified IP to ensure work is being done in the office, while not enforcing those requirements to the admins.

  19. This is using the new Atera interface, by the way.....When running a script on a device (Devices -> Manage -> Run Script), the category list as well as the list of scripts are not alphabetized. I have over 100 scripts in "My Scripts" and I'm trying to prioritize certain scripts in level of importance to run by simply numbering them in the category name and script name("1. categoryname", "2. categoryname","1. scriptname", "2. scriptname", etc) so my tech knows what categories of scripts to run first and what order to run those scripts in, but the scripts and categories are not…

  20. Would like in API that there was a coupling between invoices, contracts and customers.

    would be nice to see which contracts / contractID an invoice/invoice line was based on ..
    and to have a clientID in the billing information
