Advanced Reports - Custom Branding

OID reporting
I would like a report that I can schedule to run weekly on all of our SNMP printers to read the OID values that we have set up. This would allow us to preemptively ensure that we have printer consumables on hand before the customer calls and has run out of toner.

Password protect scheduled reports
Allow the option for both classic & advanced reports to be automatically password protected when scheduled. The idea being that a technician can schedule reports to be sent to customers on a regular basis and report can only be accessed by password. This would allow for reports to be protected without needing to be manually edited by the technician every time using a third-party app.

Include Contact name for each agent.
When running a Audit report, include contact name assigned for each device, as the logged in username may be different to the user.

Reports not fully translated in French
Auditor report is not not entirely translated. All reports that are sent to our clients needs to be translated. For us, its okay but if we send it to customers it needs to be properly translated.

Report for total number of patches applied
I would like to simply be able to see the total number of patches that were applied to a customer over a specified period of time. This number would be used for monthly reporting to customers to show value.

Asset Management Reporting
When managing multiple environments, it is vital to be able to keep track of devices that would warrant upgrades, or replacement. Reporting geared towards listing all assets/devices (subject to filtering) with all their key components (i.e. CPU model, # of cores, Memory size and type, Disk size and type, etc.) would be really helpful in determining what equipment needs attention.

Missing Software Report
I think it be helpful to be able to run a report to show endpoints that are missing a specific software. I understand that Advanced Filters should be able to point out these endpoints (once current issue is fixed in next release), but a report would be helpful.

Allow Reporting on Non-Billable Time Entries
It's important to know what the team are working on, whether billable or non-billable. At the moment it seems that reporting is only on time entries marked as billable. Please make non-billable time entries something that can be reported on as well.

Advanced Reports, Alerts Auto Resolve Time Field
Need to know what date/time an alert is created and when it resolves. Currently the easiest way to see this is with an email. I would like to have this date/time of the alert time and alert auto resolve time to be able to view from the advanced reports.

Generating Reports for Software that isn't installed on machines
At the moment, I cant see what devices are missing in terms of software without doing a manual lookup. I want a software report that would tell me if certain devices are not using certain software that is required, like a specific anti-virus software, or if office365 products are missing on the machine, etc.
