Work from Home report
Would like to see a report that could be run against the system to see which customers have "Work from Home" enabled on computers.
This is for 2 reasons, billing, and much more, security.
Need to be able to see more than anything, which customer have this enabled.

Create Customized Reports
Currently, PDF is the only format to export reports to. It would be very handy to be able to export to CSV or XLS so that data can be brought into Excel. This should also be an option for format to send recurring reports in. I did notice some reports have the ability to be exported in formats other than PDF. Can that be done for all reports?

This would be the same data that we would get from regular reports, but would be visible at the agent level via their REST API.

Date format in custom fields export to excel
I have used the custom field to add 'date purchased' and 'Warranty End Date' to my devices. However, it is inputted as a text field (Date field selected and you select the date from drop down menu). So when exporting Auditor reports to excel, the data is text and not date format and not usable to sort/search devices. This is used to monitor asset refresh and warranty expiration. Can Date field be change to a usable format for export?

Include AV Information in Reporting
Include the ability to show the addon(s) (Webroot/BitDefender) AntiVirus Scan results in Monthly Atera Reports so customers can see their Device Health, Patch Status, and AntiVirus Scans in one Monthly Report.

Scheduled Patch Reports Need Unique Naming
Currently, any scheduled Patch Status Summary reports that are delivered to you via email have nothing in the report that shows what it is actually reporting on. Every one has the same name, "Patch Status Summary". Looking at the report, you have zero idea what this report is reporting on. If you have multiple reports, (one for Critical Patches, one for Security Patches, one for Service Pack Updates, etc.), they all come across exactly the same with the exact same body, Report Name, etc.

Ability to decide when the IT automation Profile report is sent
Ability to decide when the automated reports gets sent from the IT automation profile. When it runs only an hour later, it always shows as most of them have failed. But 24 hours later, it will show better results.

Update Agent Health Report
At the bottom of the agent health report is a list of Common Historical Alerts. We need an alert report that has the dates the of those alerts. Knowing an alert or ticket was created a month ago isn’t really helpful. With the tightening of security requirements across industries, detailed reports are being more widely required.

Built-in report that displays the KBs that were installed during the execution of an IT automation profile.
It would be nice to be able to get a report of all the KB:s that have been installed on a specific computer/server the last week for instance.

Security Report per Customer
It would be great to have a security report under "Classic Reports" which shows per customer all open vulnerabilities per agent, open ports per agent, found etc.

Add Last Logged User to Software Inventory Report
Please add a column for Last Logged User to the default output of the Software Inventory Report for detailed excel export in the Devices tab.
Right now, I have to export a detailed excel report then go into the customer profile to see the last logged user and manually add them. It is very time consuming, especially if several different software changes were made to several machines between report runs. Having this column added by default would make it alot faster.
This is my very specific request.

Satisfied Customers Report
In the Satisfied Customers Report for the survey, any notes left by the customer should be listed. Currently, you have to go into the ticket itself and click on the star rating to find this information.

Anticipation of Hardware
Anticipation of Hardware:
Would be nice to run a report that would do an estimation of the hardware in X amount of that so I can recommend for the hard drive. To be able to replace it in advance. There is all the information on the system but just to let them know when the issue will happen. You can see over time.3 votes -

Flexible ticket reports
The ability to customize ticket reports for clients, currently the only report available is to in depth for customers and they get confused with all the included information. It would be great to be able to filter and only get the information we / our clients need in a simple pdf format.
