  3. I'd like to run the auditor report for all clients or a selection of clients rather than a single client. I'd then like to export to Excel so I can manipulate further and this should include a column for client name.

  4. Report that can be sent to customers with just a list of their tickets in a time period. Time logged, ticket number, description, who dealt with it. No billing information.

  7. A report that breaks down tickets and hours worked on a client. I have flat fee clients wanting to get a breakdown of this data to see if the money they are spending is averaging out over each quarter. It's also a way to help retain clients.

  10. Instead of accidentally discovering unwanted applications on managed endpoints, I'd like to setup a system of rules that alert me when an application is installed. Not for any installation, but for specific ones that are driven by rules.

    Since Atera is already keeping a list of all applications installed on all managed endpoints, I'd like to be able to review that list and add each program to either a whitelist or blacklist. In the future, if an application on the blacklist is detected on an endpoint, I'd like to be alerted and/or take action (preferably in the form of an…

  11. I needs to tweak the visual threshold level of the Scheduled Auditor report just as I do when generating a Auditor report manually, as all devices comes in different specs and the default threshold set by Atera often doesn't do them justice.

    But in Scheduled Auditor report, we are not provided with the options to tweak the visual threshold, which results in sending a sloppy reports to the client that confuses them.

    For a rough example: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8200Y has a base frequency of 1.3GHz for their CPU performance.

    But the default threshold for Atera Report is:

  12. If the "Folder" field could simply be added to the Auditor Report Excel exports that would be awesome.

    We have organised our devices by customer and then by folder but without the folder field showing in the Auditor Report exports that categorisation is lost.

  13. It's important to know what the team are working on, whether billable or non-billable. At the moment it seems that reporting is only on time entries marked as billable. Please make non-billable time entries something that can be reported on as well.

  14. Filter Recent Processes by customer or script when selecting timespan would (hopefully) reduce time it takes to return the results.

    I may be looking for a process ran in the last three months, but only for a specific customer, so I don't need all the data for every device and customer.

    Depending on how Atera stores this data, it may be an extra load not only for us, but for Atera servers to search through all customers' data.

  15. It would be great if we could run an open tickets report and export to CSV that shows the open ticket numbers, Assigned Tech, Customer name, Date opened, Date last modified, and time entries. Being able to have the report run every week at a predetermined date and time and then emailed to a specific email.

  16. It's great that you can export the software inventory report for the entire site, but it would be helpful if you can generate a software inventory report for an individual agent in a site. The only option for generating the report is to select a site, would it be possible to add a selection field to pick 1 agent from the site to generate the report on? This would be immensely helpful to reduce the amount of information being generated in the report if we have multiple agents in a site.

  17. it would be great to have a link to directly download the PDF and Excel Export, it would save a good amout of time when you have to archive 20-30 and send them to clients. Alternatvily, it would be nice to have the option in the Report scheduler to send the reports as attachments directly in the Email notificaion. that way we could skip the Download all togehter, that would also give us the option to send the reports directly to the Client instead of being in the middle.

  19. Id like to see some sort of reporting capabilities other than the metrics monitoring a piece of hardware's up time in a week, month etc. Basically, the employees that work from home I need to know at least the up time of their unit in a working day in a report format per device
