Est-il possible d'ajouter la possibilité d'ajouter les champs personnalisés dans les rapports d'agents ?
Pour un exemple, il serait très pratique de pouvoir visualiser rapidement quels sont les postes où le Bitlocker est activé.

Auditor Report for all or selected clients
I'd like to run the auditor report for all clients or a selection of clients rather than a single client. I'd then like to export to Excel so I can manipulate further and this should include a column for client name.

Patch Search & Deploy
The report provide the option to select those patches that failed and deploy again.

The ability to export the Recent Processes report
The use case is I have a customer that wants to see what configuration or maintenance was performed, for yesterday or last week etc,
If I could set it up and have an email sent like other reports I think that would be informative and prove that we really are maintaining the devices - for example for the scripting portion of the report.

Scheduled Report Email Direclty Download Link or attachment
it would be great to have a link to directly download the PDF and Excel Export, it would save a good amout of time when you have to archive 20-30 and send them to clients. Alternatvily, it would be nice to have the option in the Report scheduler to send the reports as attachments directly in the Email notificaion. that way we could skip the Download all togehter, that would also give us the option to send the reports directly to the Client instead of being in the middle.

Report Export in XLS not XLSX
The Microsoft recommeded 'Office Security Baselines' blocks 'Excel 97-2003 workbooks and templates'.
Appears all the reports exportable in Atera are in the xls, not xlsx, document format which is blocked by this recommendation. Is it possible for these exports to changed xlsx. It's either that or CSV.
I'm sure your org is very security focused and will appreciated my dilemma.

Daily Technician Time Report Broken down by agent
Currently, every morning I have to export to xls, run a Macro to sort, group and calculate how much time each tech spent the previous day. Would love for this to be automated.

export device query results
Device query is a powerful tool, for example, we can query across all client’s desktop operating systems on win 10 1903 with office 2016, it's very good for finding specific configs, but we can export the result, it's far more powerful than the audit tool.

TimeSheet Reports Scheduling
TimeSheet Report: want to send to all my customers with the schedule but can't do everyone client one by one. Would be nice to select all clients to be sent out at the same time but to each client

should be able to filter by device type or folder and the report should generate based on a filtered criteria

Add a prefix to generated reports.
When exporting reports to pdf/xlsx it would be handy if the filename were prefixed by YYMMDD-HHmmss-reportname.pdf/xlsx That way no reports are overwritten, and reports can be easily sorted by filename.

Ticketing Reports Filter by Origin
Reports for tickets of technician: Being able to filter by origin of ticket so I can filter out tickets coming from Alerts that most technicians usually just go through and close quickly if there is nothing to be done.

Send scheduled reports to customers after patch management
We automated patch management and send the appropriate report to our customers once a month (because that's the only way to send).
We need the possibility to send a patch feedback report AFTER the patches were installed or other frequencies/dependencies. Currently, we patch once a month and send report once a month which leads to problems: e.g. sent report on 1st Saturday of month, report will be empty (0) because on the day before it was last month (30th/31st). Same on other days
Customers are already complaining why we cannot schedule it correctly. This is critical

Software History In Software Inventory
It would be great to somewhat know what software's were installed previously on a computer. Like a Software History/Snapshot on the specified date. Currently if the computer is turned off, We are not able to run the Software Inventory feature or create a Report to list the available software's on a specific computer.
