  1. Create method to email all customers regarding an outage. Outages that comes to mind are Microsoft service outage or Internet outage in a region.
    This method could be use to email all the contacts of a customer or to all customers.

  2. It seems as though the remote command prompt and powershell have declined in performance rather than improved. It has always been buggy and had refresh issues, but now scrolling does not work as expected -- I now have to manually scroll down (this used to work). Also, if the command prompt or powershell dialog is minimized, it is non-responsive when restored -- I have to kill it and re-open a new instance.

  3. We have about 60 employees but not all of them use all the same software would be nice under contacts to be able to add software ex: Adobe CC or Adobe Acrobat Pro and add their license key. So If I go under a contact I can easily see the key of their license product (re-install purpose) and at the same time keep a list of all the software use for that company.

  4. Bulk reset and/or re-issuing bulk portal details if not using the Welcome email facility. i.e. a separate email to go to people, with their portal details, without logging a ticket. We chose not to use the welcome email option.

  5. Be able to add several "services" to a contract.

    For example :

    Customer 1 contract :
    - 365 : 10€ / u
    - Server: 50€/month
    - Computer: 30€/month

  6. Under Customer > Devices > Folders: The ability to arrange or drag the folders in a different order would be helpful for the organization. Under the current format, you create a folder and there is no way to arrange them.

  9. When you delete a customer, all data under that customer will be deleted. Including contacts, devices, alerts, and tickets. It would be better to replace this with an enable/disable button to not lose the data.

  11. The ability to make customer templates so I don't have to create the same things over and over. For example I have separate folders each for laptop, workstations, and servers each with different thresholds and automation policies. It is a real pain that I have to re-create those manually every time I add a customer. Not to mention custom fields and other things.

  12. Allow Contact to be Billable as well as Customers.

    We have a lot of home users and I'd like to be able to bill them without setting up a customer for each.

    I'd like to have a container for cash/adhoc customers (using unassigned currently)
    And just have a tick box to mark that contact as billable like a customer would be.

  15. Customers don't have a timezone option at the moment.
    I have customers in multiple timezones, so would be handy to have a timezone option for customers so when they say "I submitted a ticket at 8AM" I don't need to do some mental maths to work out when that is.

  16. To be able to export all off line devices from a customer.
    Would be really usefull for a review the offline devices to find out the reson why are off line.
    This way we could find any old systems un used systems and also troubleshoot any Atera connectivity issues - showing an active system off line.

  17. il serait intéressant de pouvoir ajouter des liens HyperText dans le profile des clients afin de consulter des documents offices 365 propre aux client, afin de compléter les renseignements du client en interne sans passer pars la base de connaissance qui est très limité sur la mis en page.

  18. In the admin section improve the Rank system and allow variables like revenue (last quarter, last year, etc - again allowing us to choose. ) Now when we pull up a default list of tickets we could sort by ranking that is relative to OUR needs.

  19. I have a large client with several hundred contacts. They have changed their email domain. We need a way to modify records in bulk. We also need a way to realign records. For example, we could use AD Sync to create new contacts with correct email addresses. However, we can't delete the old contact without losing the ticket history. The same is true when a technician gets a new email address.

  20. Ability to use the API to look up customers by Phone Number instead of selecting a page and then locating the customer. Also ability to create customer with just a phone number and not an email if one is not available.
