Comment Field for Restricted IP Access List
In the IP Whitelisting area, need to have a comment field next to each whitelisted IP. With security being critical, I would like to know in a single view the reason each of the whitelisted IPs was whitelisted in the first place.
Is it a regular internet interface from the organization?
Is it the IP of one of my IT technician's home IP address that is working from home and needs access?
Is it the IP of a remote vendor that might need temporary access?
etc. etc. etc.Being able to annotate WHY I created the IP Whitelist is critical.

Notification History
Avery time we install PC agent we get notification about it, but after few hours or next day we don't have ability to see all notifications. We need notification history to go back at least 1 week.

Add the feature to move back to a previous page
It would be a great feature to allow us to move back to a previous page. Let say you're in the customer view/page and you have selected the wrong customer. Currently you'll need to select on the main option Customer on the side bar to view your list of customers to start over. Whereas if you have a button to move back, it convenient to go to the previous page.

A configurable page that can contain customized views, to allow information such as unassigned tickets to be seen on a central screen in the office as well as other information such as alerts.

Task-List
Have the ability to add a task list to the dashboard to improve productivity and not forget anything. Why not also a customer-to-manufacturer recall.

Option for marking Regular Desktops as servers
I have a few smaller customers that don't have real servers and use a workstation with Windows OS not server OS and I would like to monitor them as servers and have them listed as servers not workstations in the dashboard.

Disable refreshing back to Dashboard
New version automatically refreshes back to Dashboard every few seconds. I primarily remain on the Devices tab, as I almost exclusively use Atera to connect to remote computers. However, now, I can't even scroll for a few seconds in Devices without Atera refreshing back to the Dashboard, interrupting my work. Please disable this "feature" or include a setting to allow disabling by admins.

better ticket overview on dashboard
I would like to ask if it would be possible to get a view where ALL opened and re-opened tickets is included. This will give us a better ”real” view of the ticket activity (open/reopen(close) on a daily basis (since we often work with reopening tickets)

Device filtering & listing size
Would like to see the option to be able to filter devices for (in my case) being "online" so we can remove all offline units from view. As well the list is so limiting with only 10 per page, it does not even go the length of the side information bar and likely (if it MUST remain static) could be set to 20 per page, ideally selectable 10.25.50.100 or ALL

services (with all components) in the dashboard
Today we don't only monitor servers and devices, we mainly monitor "SERVICES". Each application or service at our clients depends upon of dozens of components. It would be nice to have a place in the Dashboard where we can create those services with all its components and have the entire thing showing up as healthy/unhealthy or with alerts for performance, etc. As an example, one of my customers have a very important service for end users which depends on a custom website running on IIS and a SQL engine and some DBs running on a SQL server. Allow different views of our customer list
When i view the customer list, the buttons are too large, it would be nice to be able to list my customers all on one page, instead of having to scroll to find the one i want.

The scroll bars (line) are useless and need to be at least 4x wider, please configure normal scroll bars
It takes way too many clicks etc to try and move the scroll line up and down. Total pain in the..... Some design features should not be messed with and whatever you do don't automatically hide them.

Notification Center
Notification center is kind of limited. If we get a ticket, we don’t get a notification. Would be nice to have a bing that tells when a customer answers for example, it will allow us to respond faster.

Create/Upload Visio Map and Link endpoints to Geographic Location
We spend a lot of time creating a Visio map/diagram of each client office, and have several clients with multiple workstations performing the same function (Check In/Out, Back Office). Current naming scheme is CLIENTCHECKIN2 or similar, but I would like the ability to upload the Visio map, drop in an object (workstation, printer, etc), and have the object link to the endpoint or monitored device.
I think it would help our clients identify which workstation they are on (left check in vs right) because we find they have difficulty with following instructions to find the workstation name.

Create an Atera application to improve quality of life. You are currently able to install a web page as an app through most, if not all, browsers. This mimics an app but is just a fancy looking tab for Atera. An application could include some features such as: dark mode, customizable dashboard, app integrations that could possibly be added to the dashboard.
