Show active Network adapter
It would be great to see under the hardware heading which network adapter is currently active and what the in/out metrics are. Our remote users are instructed to use the ethernet cable we provide but some try to get away with using their wifi connection, which is not robust or reliable enough for our proprietary software.

Separate Software & Hardware updates - Add column to show only Driver Updates
It would be very helpful to either be able to hide Hardware Driver Updates from showing in the available updates count OR create a separate column only listing Hardware Driver Updates. The two are completely separate and each have their own importance. It's confusing after a patch automation run to see a number showing as if you still have missing patches on a device. Then you click in to the device to see it's all hardware driver stuff. I would like to see software and hardware separated into different columns / categories as it relates to patching. Thank you for…

I can only assign users to devices manually and individually
it is incredibly tedious to have to assign users to devices individually, during initial deployment of 500 users this is a killer but more over having to do this on per new device ingested lack imagination surrounding automation.
If AD has been synced why not use this data to help link devices.

Separate AnyDesk Attained / Unattained Setting For Different Sites
Allow admin to set the AnyDesk to set an attained or unattained connection option for different sites or groups. instead of a universal setting for the whole company. The idea is to allow you unattained access to the server farm but also need attaining mode for any user computers.

retired devices should be renamed to "infrequent devices"
This terminology needs improving
Retired devices should be renamed to "Infrequent Devices" and in general settings moved to section called reporting rather than agent settings and described as the "Infrequent devices threshold".
Just because a machine has not been switched on recently, does not mean it is retired! - it could be a laptop that is only used twice a year as a standby, but just should be excluded from certain patch compliance reports etc.proper retirement of machines is a whole different feature as per https://atera.uservoice.com/forums/936306-ideas-and-feedback/suggestions/44000010-ability-to-archive-retired-devices

On devices page have a relationship (contact) column and customer column to show who the device belongs to.
On the devices list, show a column for what contact and customer that devices belongs to.
The relationship field is important and this uses the contact details for who this device belongs to, some devices are being logged into as a generic username or maybe being logged into using old details, therefore for the username field can be unreliable.

Search device notes
It is critical that when I search my device list, it includes the Notes field for each device. I put relevant notes about where the device is or who is using it in that field. My device naming convention is random and ordinal making it confusing if I don't read/have the notes.

Ignore SNMP Offline status (Printers)
SNMP monitoring on Printerdevices works when the Printers is online so thats not an issue. But when users turn them off going home for the day or weekend we get a flood of alerts for offline status, however if i then turn off availability monitoring i do not get any SNMP information anymore for toner and drum consumption. We need a way to still get SNMP monitor information but exclude alerts for offline printers.

Network Utilization Monitoring
Have a way to monitor or see Network Utilization in a device metrics chart for the max, avg, upload, download for the network? For instance, if a site is claiming issues with their network, I would like to see if a device that is being monitored by our ATERA is using up the network bandwidth. Note: I am a small business MSP and most of my clients don't have the network hardware in place to monitor in detail this information.

Retire old devices with the same serial number
When we reset a device in the company, for a new employee. Atera is reinstalled as a completely new device. Can you make it that when A new device is enrolled with the same serial number as a current device in the system. The old device is deleted, or prompted to be deleted. At the moment, you have to do it all manually and have multiple devices with the same serial number (the same physical device)
