  3. Would make renaming devices a much easier process if it could be done from the Customer Devices tab, or Devices page. Having to go into each individual agent, hit edit, then hit agent, then go back to the customer devices page is a lot of clicks and window loads when you're going through and renaming a bunch of agents. A way to do this without needing to actually go into each individual agent would make this a much more streamlined and significantly faster process!

I would like a deeper dive with the metrics that are shown in the devices tab, along with the ability to go even further with in-depth monitoring to put on the main page/ dashboard, like the advanced reports. the best idea i can think of and i believe it might be wishful thinking but would be "HW Monitor Pro" integrate into the portal. every device gets the install, can look at either a master list with all the devices that have it installed or when going to the devices page. Have it automatically record and store up to "X" amount…

  5. From within a Customer Devices list, please add Edit Relations button. We have numerous devices in the Unassigned folder, it would be helpful if we could folder them directly from this screen.

  6. the linux terminal display now:

    root@client-server:~$ cd /mnt
    root@client-server:~$

    there's no indication of the working directory ^ and i'd like a display similar to this:

    root@client-server:~# cd /mnt
    root@client-server:/mnt#

    this displays the working directory before i proceed with the next command ^

  8. Rather than have a particular Device assigned to each user it would be extremely handy to have a Device jump list for the entire customer along the right hand side whilst in the ticket rather than then having to click on Customer > Devices and then find the Device that is relevant to that ticket as not always the case the user has a problem with the device that is assigned to them.

  10. Would be useful to have the ability to see all devices & assets assigned to a specific user in one place. So when users have issues you can easily see all devices/assets assigned to them. Ideally add, within the user view, a tab with all their assigned devices/assets.
    The only tabs in there are "tickets" and "password manager", which is unnecessary for companies, such as mine, where we only use Atera for Inventory management/tracking.

  12. If you can, please create a dedicated tab under the agent's section to display all the actions or commands performed on it from the Atera cloud, including software installations, script running, automatic update scans, installation start and completion, and results.technician actions ...etc

  14. A scheduled shut down initiated within the ATERA Console cannot be canceled. The task is not stored in the hosts scheduled tasks. It is stored in ATERA but neither viewable or manageable. Something like a scheduled shutdown has urgently to be managed.

  15. Our organization has separate devices for users for remote work and working from the office. We have all devices sorted by location along with users but are unable to assign users that typically work from the office and are sorted there to their work from home devices.

  16. it is incredibly tedious to have to assign users to devices individually, during initial deployment of 500 users this is a killer but more over having to do this on per new device ingested lack imagination surrounding automation.

    If AD has been synced why not use this data to help link devices.

  17. We need more robust device notes, for example, when viewing a device page it would be nice to leave a trail each time a tech changes something on the device. At least just a multi-line text box where a tech could type a date and some info, like device location, unique device info (this AD server is also the SQL backend), etc.
