Full device stats under favorites list
When you filter your devices into folders like we do (servers. workstations, production) You lose some important view that can only be viewed by the "all" tab I would like to see all the stats under the filtered folder view like patches, health and frankly all others.

Add directory statistics like WINDIRSTAT for disk space management. We need to be able to quickly visualize and identify folders and the amounts of data they are consuming. This can easily be accomplished by integrating a feature similar to WINDIRSTAT https://windirstat.net/

Customer Asset Search
Under Customer Assets
- add ability to add/remove columns
- add ability to sort by column (sort by name, asset type, contact, etc)

Advanced Filters has option for "contains". It would be nice if we were able to put in a list of items instead of only one item.
Example: Identify Old Processors with i5-3 to i5-7.
5 seperate "contains" filters seperated by "or" operatorIdealy:
One "contains" with "i5-3, i5-4, i5-5, i5-6, i5-7"This would make advanced filtering much more powerful! We are currently limited to only 5 "or" Operations.

Ability to review and delete files on pc without having to remote into PC
It would be nice to have the ability to review files on an agent applied device and then also have the ability to delete files. The feature should be available without having to remote into the agent.

change ping intervals
Change/Edit the Ping intervals and Alert intervals of Generic added and monitored Devices.
It takes about 2 to 4 minutes for the atera dashboard to show that a Monitored Generic device has gone online and I see in the documentation that the default Ping intervals is 120 seconds. Please add the option to change that value aswell as the allert intervals

Is it possible to show the current connected SSID and associated Signal Strength for devices?

Filter option to select all then uncheck one to exclude
Currently to select all sites, departments, or any dropdown in the Devices Filter there is no option to select all then uncheck one so that you can exclude that one site or other dropdown. When you have 20 sites like we do it takes a while.

Rename Devices from Customer/Devices Screens
Would make renaming devices a much easier process if it could be done from the Customer Devices tab, or Devices page. Having to go into each individual agent, hit edit, then hit agent, then go back to the customer devices page is a lot of clicks and window loads when you're going through and renaming a bunch of agents. A way to do this without needing to actually go into each individual agent would make this a much more streamlined and significantly faster process!

More in-depth hardware monitoring.
I would like a deeper dive with the metrics that are shown in the devices tab, along with the ability to go even further with in-depth monitoring to put on the main page/ dashboard, like the advanced reports. the best idea i can think of and i believe it might be wishful thinking but would be "HW Monitor Pro" integrate into the portal. every device gets the install, can look at either a master list with all the devices that have it installed or when going to the devices page. Have it automatically record and store up to "X" amount…

Client Devices, add Edit Relations to the list screen
From within a Customer Devices list, please add Edit Relations button. We have numerous devices in the Unassigned folder, it would be helpful if we could folder them directly from this screen.

Display Working Directory in Linux Terminal
the linux terminal display now:
root@client-server:~$ cd /mnt
root@client-server:~$there's no indication of the working directory ^ and i'd like a display similar to this:
root@client-server:~# cd /mnt
root@client-server:/mnt#this displays the working directory before i proceed with the next command ^

Device Jump List
Rather than have a particular Device assigned to each user it would be extremely handy to have a Device jump list for the entire customer along the right hand side whilst in the ticket rather than then having to click on Customer > Devices and then find the Device that is relevant to that ticket as not always the case the user has a problem with the device that is assigned to them.
