  1. It is quite crucial to add an option to filter devices by "Model".
That would help inventory counts a lot.

I know it is possible with "Vendor" but for me, and I assume for many others, "Model" would really help.

I assume that would be like a few lines of code for the developers since the function already exists, just add it for "Model".

    Thank you very much!

  2. I want to be able to set a 'last seen' threshold as a filter in the Devices view.

Right now, I can sort by all online, or all devices. I want to be able to see all recent devices while excluding retired or seldom-used ones (for example, when reporting on patching).

I also want to be able to sort by last seen, to be able to locate the oldest device records and modify or update as necessary.

  3. Remove unwanted info, change info, remove boxy outline, create an option for "LIST". Currently in full screen I can only see 7 devices. It would be nice to have a clean list sortable by "customer" or "OS" or a myriad of other useful things. Ability to collapse "views"

  4. Offline device list under Customer > Devices. like "4/5 devices are online" so we don't need to go through the list.

  5. Spare slots. Type of Memory, would be really handy when looking to upgrade to see at a glance what type of memory it is, ie DDR4, clock speed etc so can easily order a ew stick of RAM

  7. The ability to query a device's WMI and then set a custom field in the agent's record would allow us to then use those custom fields with filters. For example, query the processor type and then set a custom field to read either Intel or AMD.

I can see this working as a WMI query function built by Atera or an added feature to the installed agent that allows a script to send data back to the agent which would update the record.

  8. File transfer needs to support more than 100mb files. Is this 2005?

5gb file limit should be the minimum, preferably 10gb.

  11. I find that it can take a good couple of minutes for the remote access/status to come back online. Sometimes I have to do a reboot with the client on the phone and we end up making small talk whilst Atera/Splashtop decides to give me access. Not sure why the delay but it happens across all of my end devices. Can Atera increase the polling time that checks to see if a device is online?

  12. Monitoring and reporting ESXi hosts, cpu load, storage, networking.
Graphical Report (same as windows devices with agent installed).
IMPORTANT to get statistics within a range of days, interesting for debugging, problem solving, investigating.

  13. While we need the alerts when a server or router goes down, seeing how many general devices are up at a given time, in relation to the amount of devices connected per that client is a useful graph and schematic

  16. I can't find the ability to connect to an SNMP agentless device thru its own management interface (like http or telnet).
I suggest: 1 promote a remote agent as a "gateway node" 2 in rmm web interface assign SNMP device to this remote agent becomed gateway 3 in rmm web interface on SNMP device configure the management port number and type (for example 80 http) 4 a connect button appears on SNMP device in rmm 5 clicking the button it opens a piece of software on my pc that opens an http tunnel between remote SNMP device and my local…

  17. Please fix the issues with File Transfer to make it more useful:

    1. Show file dates/times
    2. Show full filenames
    3. Download multiple files and/or folders
    4. Allow upload of multiple files and/or folders
    5. Add typical "back" navigation - not just via the file tree

Isn't there a much richer off-the-shelf File Manager you could integrate that provides the basic background file management functions we need?

  18. Today, you can stop, restart and start services that were stopped.

In order to disable a service, you'd need to remote into the device or run a script.
Would be great to have that under the service manager

  19. Opening a Password manager like the one on the customer level under the Agent- Edit instead of having either "view" or "add". That way you can do all in one place and save the clicks of going into both.

  20. Collect firmware version of network devices such as router, switches, printers and pull the actual version from the vendors to get a full overview of the patch state. Maybe let the community add information about the firmware sources/fields and location where to find the actual version from the vendor.
This could be report like or build into the smtp/device agent.
