  1. With the constant fear of a crypto attack, I would prefer to be able to equip an device with agent only in read-only mode, to the detriment of the patch management option... In that way the risk to inject something via scripts, etc. will be inexistent :) Would that be possible?

  3. Moving Agents between customers is very time consuming. It would make life a lot easier if we could configure CustomerID field on Agents via API. That would make it possible for us to push scripts to devices that would update Atera in case device ownership changes.

  5. Currently it does not show if another technician is logged into a device via Active AnyDesk Session. It would be awesome if the UI could have an indicator like AnyDesk icon changing colors if a technician is already remotely connected to a device.

  7. Currently you can open the portal, go to agent, click Edit, and change the name of the "Agent" for an endpoint.

    Please allow the AgentName to be updated via API as well. Same permission and process just programmatically.

  8. For network monitoring, we can create multiple types of network. Issue is that you need an Atera agent . Would be good to not necessarily need a connected agent because it's the Atera agent to monitor urls that are public and that are not in company networks.

  10. I would like to be able to ensure that the Atera Agent has all the access that it requires to aspects of the macOS via an MDM but this needs a bundle ID which requires the agent to be signed.

    I'm quite surprised that the agent isn't already signed to be honest.

  11. Not sure if this is the correct category.

    My request is simple, expand on the Scripts section to add VBS. Maybe there is a simple reason why it is not there but I have this slick Printer Install Script that I can run with VBS and it would be great if I could simply execute it like I do the others. (ps1, bat, exe, etc.)

  12. Offer an option to shorten the URL for any agent installation link. We can do this manually through services such as https://free-url-shortener.rb.gy/ but having the feature integrated would be a welcomed option. Maybe a radio button that says Full URL and one that says Shortened URL. If the client or even one of our technicians has to type it in manually from an email or text message on their phone, this would be extremely helpful!

  14. Sometimes third party software/provider found the Agent download URL and tried to install it to ensure it is not malicious, so those devices appears on our console. We suggest to create an option to block or deactivate the agent download URL in order to avoid this issue.

  15. It would be great to inform the customer that Atera agent was installed successfully (by pop-up message, email or report about successfully installed agents). Because the customer is a little confused when installation progress is started but then nothing happened on the desktop.

  16. It would be very helpful if there would be a function that outdated agents, for example, 6 or 12 months (arbitrarily adjustable) were no longer online, automatically deleted from Atera. So that you always have a clean client infrastructure and no corpses in the panel manually over the device filter setting must constantly clean.

  17. Delete Agents / Machines which haven't reported back to Atera for a specific amount of time.

    For example, if a machine doesn't dial into Atera for 5 months, it will be deleted from Atera automatically.

    It would be ideal to have it a system wide setting, client setting, or folder setting.

  18. Would be nice to have the option to enable and disable a pop up alert with a custom message for an agent inside of a customer account, to alert the technician of anything they need to be potentially aware of before connecting/assisting with that agent.
