It frequently takes forever for an agent to come online. Sometimes even longer for Remote access to be available. This may be a Splashtop-only issue.
Can a system Tray Icon be implemented with some basic functionality like Request Remote Assistance? Repair Atera Agent. Wake Mac machines when for no PC deployments.
Majority of my deployments are Apple only. Please add wake functionality to work for the Mac side when no PC is there.

Agent needs a debounce feature on the Ctrl F12 keys function
On older computers people tend to hold down Ctrl and F12 until they see the browser appear to enter ticket details. But by then multiple keystrokes have been recorded hence the ticket browser loads over and over and over again. Need a software "debounce" feature in the agent to fold multiple Ctrl and F12 requests over a given time period (perhaps a few seconds) into one request.

Remote Access Loopback to Remote Desktop with Autologin with stored Creds
Other RMM/PSA's have the ability to 'remote desktop' in to the machine via a loopback from its remote control app, AND logs in with stored admin credentials. This let's technicians login as admin without needing to know the admin creds.
The same Atera competitor even cycles the admin password automaticly after x time, Making credential security even higher

Allow performing actions on agents via API
The current Agent API only allows you to retrieve info on a device. I can envision utilizing API in our Client-facing dashboard to allow end-users to 'self help' by allowing access to run certain scripts (Restart Print spooler, etc)

Ability to select multiple Agents from the Folder view
Looks like there's no way to select multiple agents while in Folder View. The check box to the left of the agent is missing..
I.E. if I want to move recently agents from the "Uncategorized" folder to a "Specific Folder" I need to access the agent one by one and change the Agent Relationship or go to All Devices, identify the agents in question and multi-select them to that I can apply the Relationship to all of them at the same time.11 votes -
Ability to see a users cached windows credential usernames
In my environment (and others too for licensing, security, and auditing purposes) being able to see the usernames of a users cached windows credentials would be very helpful.
It if could be visible from a devices 'overview' screen that would be ideal, but even via a script/report would work.

Disk Usage alerts with top folders and or files using the most space
I would like to be able not only that my drives are almost full, but also the top 5 folders and/or files consuming the most space on each partition. That would be great to pin point the cause and act quickly. I normally have to use a 3rd party tool to determine the top disk usage by folders and files.

Add filter to select ALL customers at once
Currently, in the "Agents" section we cannot select ALL customers when specifing setting filters. Sometimes we need to select all customers EXCEPT some of them and this is not possible.

Patch history
The patch history of devices shows some updates which are applied but not all. Support told me that getting updates over WUA API only shows updates which are still on the update servers.
Problem now is that you cannot be sure which updates are applied to the servers because the updates suddenly disappear from the history. So you have no overview which patches are applied.

System Configuration change notification
Being able to easily identify if the client has made any changes to their device. Some form of delta change notification if system changes are made. For example, if a user swaps out the monitor, changes keyboard, or installs some major application (assuming they have local admin permissions). At this point, the dashboard and device details show current state, but this is basically "as is" review of what the agent sees rather than if there was a change to the system from the previous time the agent checked in.
