The ability to change the default time entry duration
When you are manually adding Time Entry into a ticket, the default duration/time spent is set to 1 hour. I think there should be a configurable option under ADMIN so we can set the default based on our working pattern. For us, most of our technicians do 15 minutes time entry.

Would like to see the possility to set default time per closed ticket.
It's now default 1 hour, so we need to change the time always to thirty minutes
for every ticket we close. Same with the billing checkbox. would be nice to set that one also do a default value. Otherwise its easy to miss it. -

I would like to be able to change the default time on when I add a time entry, as it defaults to one hour and we cant change it.
