SuperOps uses both Winget and Choco, that's pretty awesome as you can install unfound apps from Winget on Choco...! We need both!

When our company was looking at different solutions for updating third party software, many competitors are embracing the winget technology (Microsoft, NinjaOne, etc). We went with Atera because winget is pretty new, but a lot of software companies are embracing it.

Today it is better to have winget (which installs apps and updates apps already present) rather than chocolatey community which has the limit of both simultaneous executions and is unable to update apps that are already present on the computer or that have not been previously distributed with choco... features instead present in the Professional version of Chocolatey

Just saw on a webinar that Atera is going to have custom repositories - should be easy enough to add winget before then!

winget is bloody awesome for automating updates to 3rd party apps on windows AND it's built in. Winget support should be a no brainer
