Change customer on a ticket
Would be great to have the option to change the customer of a ticket as sometimes the IT team might forward an email received from an client to the support@ in order to create a ticket. However, we are unable to change the customer on a ticket using Atera.

There is a button - looks like a square notepad with a pencil - to the right of "requestor info" - this button lets you change the contact that is assigned to the ticket.

I'm surprised this idea hasn't gotten more votes. I posted a similar idea as most platforms I've used or tried allow for easy changing of end user or company.

Sometimes people write tickets not from the company domain address and we need to assign them to the correct customer.
